Description

Claims (11)
- 歯が相互に噛み合う少なくとも2つの平歯車(1、2)と、
入口(4.1)および出口(4.2)を備える噛み合い領域(4)と、
前記2つの連動する歯車を囲んで、囲まれた内部スペースを周囲環境に対して部分的に、または完全に閉鎖するケース壁(6)と、
を備える流体潤滑歯車列であって、
前記ケース壁(6)は、前記内部スペースと大気間の導通接続を生じる前記入口(4.1)の領域に出口(6.5)を備え、前記歯車の歯先円と前記ケース壁(6)の間の距離が歯の高さより小さく、過剰圧力スペース(9)が前記入口(4.1)の領域に設けられ、そして負圧スペース(8)が前記出口(4.2)の領域に設けられ、そして前記過剰圧力スペース(9)は圧力リリーフ弁(11)を備え、外部ハウジング(3)が油ドレイン(3.1)を備え、前記ハウジングは前記歯車(1、2)および前記ケース壁(6)を囲み、そして油ノズル(10)が前記負圧スペース(8)を備え、それにより前記油ノズル(10)からの油が該歯車列を潤滑し、そして冷却するために使用され、前記圧力リリーフ弁(11)は、それが前記過剰圧力スペース(9)と前記外部ハウジング(3)によって囲まれる残りの内部スペースの間の特定の圧力差を超えると開くような方法で構成され、そして前記油ノズル(10)から射出される油量が、再び回路で前記油ノズル(10)に供給されるために、前記圧力リリーフ弁(11)を通って該伝動装置の前記内部スペースに流入して、前記油ドレイン(3.1)を通って該伝動装置の前記内部スペースを出ることを特徴とする歯車列。 - 前記内部スペースと大気の間の前記接続が直接的なものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車列。
- 前記油シャワー(10)が、潤滑油を前記歯に供給するためのノズルを備えて、前記入口(4.1)および/または前記出口(4.2)の領域に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の歯車列。
- 前記ケース壁(6)がプラスチックまたは金属から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の歯車列。
- 前記油ドレイン(3.1)が無圧であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車列。
- 前記歯車が二重螺旋連動輪を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の歯車列。
- 封止部(5)が前記入口(4.1)と前記出口(4.2)の間の前記内部スペースに設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の歯車列。
- 前記封止部(5)がブラシシールであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の歯車列。
- 前記ケース壁(6)が、冷却回路の媒体が熱を放散するために流れる冷却チャンネルを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車列。
- 前記媒体が水であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の歯車列。
- 内部スペースが吸気されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車列。
