Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る潤滑装置を備えた歯車装置を示す水平断面図であり、この実施形態では、歯車装置の一例である歯車ボックス1に適用した場合を例示してある。この歯車ボックス1は、軸受ハウジング2に、入力軸3が3つの軸受4,4,7を介して回転自在に支持され、出力軸9が3つの軸受10,10,11を介して回転自在に支持されている。入力軸3の軸心P1と出力軸9の軸心P2とは、同一平面上、この例では水平面上で互いに平行に配置されている。

Claims (3)
- 互いに噛み合う一対の平歯車における噛み合い部に前記両歯車の軸心と直行する方向へ潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給口と、前記両歯車における少なくとも歯を覆って前記潤滑油の流路を形成するシュラウドとを備え、
前記シュラウドは、前記歯車を径方向外方から覆う前記外周壁の両側縁に、少なくとも前記歯の両側面を覆う両側壁が連設されており、
前記シュラウドの外周壁における前記噛み合い部から前記各歯車の回転方向前側へ90°±15°離れた位置に、前記潤滑油の排出口が形成され、
前記排出口は、周方向の長さが軸心回りに45°±7°の角度幅に等しく、
前記シュラウドの外周壁と前記各歯車の歯先との間隙が5±1mmに設定され、
前記両側壁と対向する前記歯の側面との間隙が5±1mmに設定され、
前記一対の歯車のピッチ円の周速度が50〜120m/秒である歯車列の潤滑装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記排出口の軸心方向の幅が前記両側壁の内側間隔にほぼ合致している歯車列の潤滑装置。 - 請求項1または2において、前記一対の歯車の軸心は同一の水平面上に位置し、前記潤滑油供給口が前記噛み合い部に向けて上方から下方へ潤滑油を供給する歯車列の潤滑装置。
