Claims (2)
- 第1の取付部材と第2の取付部材とを連結する本体ゴム弾性体で壁部の一部が構成された受圧室と、可撓性膜で壁部の一部が構成された平衡室とが設けられて、それら受圧室と平衡室とに封入された非圧縮性流体がオリフィス通路を通じて相互に流動されるようになっている一方、電磁式アクチュエータで加振される加振部材で壁部の一部が構成されて非圧縮性流体が封入された中間室が設けられており、該中間室の圧力変動が圧力伝達通路を通じて該受圧室に及ぼされるようになっている流体封入式能動型防振装置において、
前記中間室が前記平衡室から独立して形成されており、
前記圧力伝達通路が、前記オリフィス通路よりも高周波数にチューニングされたフィルタオリフィスで構成されていると共に、該フィルタオリフィスを通じての流体流動量を制限する可動板が設けられている一方、
該中間室と前記受圧室を常時連通するリーク孔が形成されており、該リーク孔の液柱共振周波数が該フィルタオリフィスの液柱共振周波数の半分以下に設定されていることを特徴とする流体封入式能動型防振装置。 - 前記リーク孔の液柱共振周波数が、前記フィルタオリフィスの液柱共振周波数の1/10以上且つ2/5以下に設定されている請求項1に記載の流体封入式能動型防振装置。
