Description
Claims (4)
- 流体間で熱交換するためのろう付けした熱交換器(100;200)であって、前記熱交換器は、プレスされたパターンの***部(120;220)および溝(130;230)が設けられる熱交換プレート(110;210)を複数備え、前記熱交換プレートは、流体チャネル(211、212)が前記プレートの間に形成されるように互いに積み重ねられ、前記流体チャネルはポート開口部(140、240)と選択的に連通し、ポートスカート(170;250、260)が前記熱交換プレートに配置され、前記ポートスカートは、前記ポート開口部を少なくとも部分的に囲み、前記熱交換プレートの平面に対してほぼ垂直方向に延び、管状の構造またはその一部を形成するように互いに重なって配置され、1つの前記熱交換プレートの前記ポートスカートは、隣接する複数の前記熱交換プレートの複数の前記ポートスカートと、前記管状の構造の管の軸と直交する方向から見て接触して重なるようになっている、熱交換器。
- 前記ポートスカートにおける開口部(180;270)が、前記ポートと前記流体チャネルとの間を連通できるように配置される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 複数の積み重ねられた前記熱交換プレートの1つおきのポートスカートのみに開口部が設けられる、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ポート開口部周囲に設けられる前記ポートスカートはまた、密封面(180)を備える、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
