Claims (4)
- 媒体の間で熱を交換するためのプレート熱交換器であって、前記熱交換器は複数の積層されたプレート(A、B、C、D)を備え、前記プレートには、***部(R)および溝(G)を含む第1の大型のパターンが設けられ、***部(R)および溝(G)を含む第1の大型のパターンは、第1(A、B)および第2(C、D)の積層されたプレート対を、第1の媒体についての流路が前記プレート対の間の空間に形成されるように、互いに間隔を保つようにすることと、隣接するプレート対の大型のパターンが互いに接触する箇所において前記プレート対の間に接触点を提供することと、を目的とし、
各プレート対(A、B;C、D)のプレートは、***部(r)および溝(g)を含む小型のパターンにより互いに間隔が保たれ、***部(r)および溝(g)を含む小型のパターン自体が、各プレート対(A、B;C、D)のプレートの間に接触点を形成することを特徴とする、プレート熱交換器。 - 大型の***部Rおよび溝Gは、前記熱交換プレートの幅にわたって斜めに延びる細長い***部および溝として配置され、前記プレート対が互いに積層されると、隣接するプレートの対の***部Rおよび溝Gは互いに交わる、請求項1に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 大型の***部Rおよび溝Gはヘリングボーンパターンにおいて配置され、隣接するプレート対の隣接するプレートの前記ヘリングボーンパターンの頂部は反対方向を向いている、請求項1に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換プレートは互いの間にろう材を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプレート熱交換器。
