Claims (2)
- 少なくとも2つの媒体の間で熱交換するためのろう付けしたプレート熱交換器(300)であって、前記プレート熱交換器(300)は、作動媒体として二酸化炭素を用いるヒートポンプ用であり、前記媒体の少なくとも1つは少なくとも140バールの作動圧力を有することができ、熱交換器(400)は、流体チャネルを通って流れる熱を交換する媒体のための前記流体チャネルを形成するように適合されたプレスされたパターンの***部および溝を備える複数の熱交換プレート(100;200)を備え、前記プレート(100;200)はさらに、前記流体チャネルと流体連通を可能にするように配置されるポート開口部(120、130;220;300、310)と、前記熱交換プレートの周囲全体に延びるスカート(140)とを備え、隣接するプレートのスカートは、前記流体チャネルを密封する接続を得るために、重なる形態で互いに接触するように配置され、前記ポート開口部(120、130;220;300、310)の少なくとも1つは、少なくとも100°にわたって前記スカート(140)によって囲まれる半島部(150)に位置し、前記半島部は、前記プレート(100;200)の角部に設けられ、前記半島部は、前記プレート(100;200)の熱交換面の全体領域の外側に延び、前記半島部に設けられた少なくとも1つのポート開口部(130;220;300)は、他のポート開口部(120;310)より小さい直径を有する、ろう付けしたプレート熱交換器(300)。
- 前記スカート(140)は、少なくとも120°にわたって前記半島部(150)に設けられた少なくとも1つの前記ポート開口部(120、130;220;300、310)を囲む、請求項1に記載のろう付けしたプレート熱交換器(300)。
