Multiple types of carbon nanofibers need to exhibit desired performance according to their application. Moreover, it is required to easily produce a large number of carbon nanofibers in a short time.

This is a method for producing graphite nanotubes .

[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a portion corresponding to one pixel of the entire
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The electron-
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a

On the other hand, in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
Hereinafter, a method for manufacturing the electron-
First, nickel is formed on the
Further, an
After forming the
The plasma CVD apparatus is a vacuum container provided with a heater 24, a substrate support portion 25, and the like. This plasma CVD apparatus has an adjustment function capable of adjusting a pressure, a gas type, a gas flow rate, an RF power, a heater temperature, a processing time, and the like as conditions for the plasma CVD process.
Here, first, the
When exposed to plasma CVD under the above conditions, the nickel
On the other hand, the
Next, the operation of the
When predetermined voltages Va (for example, 1 to 15 KV) and Vd (for example, 0 to 100 V) are respectively applied to the
This embodiment has the following effects. That is, by setting the size or shape of the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, for example, as described later in the second to fourth embodiments, by changing the size of the
Furthermore, it becomes possible to perform plasma processing at a high pressure of about 4 kPa by using microwaves. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the cost required for decompression compared to the case where processing is performed at a low pressure.
[Second Embodiment]
Next, a
In this embodiment, the pressure, gas flow rate ratio, and temperature in this process are set to the following conditions as shown in FIG. That is, the internal pressure of the container is 4 kPa, and CH 4 and H 2 are used as gas types. The gas flow rate of CH 4 is 10 [sccm], and the gas flow rate of H 2 is 80 [sccm]. Further, the temperature of the heater 24 is set to 450 ° C., the RF power is set to 400 W, and the time of this processing is set to 30 minutes.
When exposed to plasma CVD under the above conditions, the nickel
The
Also in this embodiment, the same effect as the first embodiment described above can be obtained.
[Third Embodiment]
Next, a
In this embodiment, the pressure, gas flow rate ratio, and temperature in this process are set to the following conditions as shown in FIG. That is, the internal pressure of the container is 4 kPa, and CH 4 and H 2 are used as gas types. The CH4 gas flow rate is 5 [sccm], and the H2 gas flow rate is 80 [sccm]. Further, the temperature of the heater 24 is set to 450 ° C., the RF power is set to 400 W, and the time of this processing is set to 30 minutes.
When exposed to plasma CVD under the above conditions, as shown in FIG. 8 or FIG. 9, the nickel
The
The
Also in this embodiment, the same effect as the first embodiment described above can be obtained.
[Fourth Embodiment]
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, since it is the same as that of the said 1st thru | or 3rd Embodiment except the point which the
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the
When manufacturing, for example, the
Here, first, the
When exposed to plasma CVD under the above-described conditions, as shown in FIG. 12, the nickel
Also in this embodiment, the same effect as the first to third embodiments can be obtained. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the
[Fifth Embodiment]
Next, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Since the
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 14, carbon nanofibers are formed only in a predetermined region other than the resist portion. Other configurations are the same as those in the first to third embodiments.
When manufacturing the carbon nanofiber of this embodiment, first, as shown in FIG. 13, nickel is deposited on the
Next, the
Here, first, the
When exposed to plasma CVD under the above conditions, the nickel
Also in this embodiment, the same effect as the first to third embodiments can be obtained. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the
Therefore, the carbon nanofibers 20 (graphite nanotubes 21) formed in a predetermined pattern can be applied to, for example, the aerial vertical wiring shown in FIG.
Although not shown, also in this embodiment, when glass is applied to the
[Sixth Embodiment]
Next, a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, since it is the same as that of the said 1st thru | or 3rd embodiment except the point which applies an electric field or a magnetic field horizontally, detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 16, an oxide film (SiO 2 )
When manufacturing the carbon nanofiber of the present embodiment, first, nickel is formed on the
Next, the
Here, first, the
When exposed to plasma CVD under the above-described conditions, as shown in FIG. 16, the
The
Also in this embodiment, the same effect as the first to third embodiments can be obtained. Furthermore, in this embodiment, by applying an electric field or a magnetic field to part or all of the surface of the
