Description
本実施形態によれば、上記構成により以下の各効果を奏することができる。すなわち、図3に示すように、各歯車対64a〜64eのうち噛み合いを開始する部分Pへ潤滑液を直接噴き付けるようにしているので、歯車対64a〜64eのうち噛み合いを終了する部分へ潤滑液を噴き付ける場合よりも歯車対64a〜64eの噛合い部へ潤滑液を集中的に供給でき、潤滑不足となることを防止できる。
図2に示すケース36のケース本体50は、第1分割部と第2分割部とに分割可能なように構成されてもよい。この場合には、第1分割部の第1当接面に溝が形成され、第2分割部の第2当接面が平坦に形成され、溝開口が第2当接面で塞がれることによって潤滑液の通路が形成されてもよい。この構成では、ケース本体50に潤滑液の通路を簡単かつ正確に形成することができる。

Claims (2)
- 駆動歯車と従動歯車とを有する歯車対と前記駆動歯車及び前記従動歯車のそれぞれの軸部とを備えるトランスミッションを潤滑液により潤滑するトランスミッションの潤滑構造であって、
前記歯車対に潤滑液を供給する潤滑液供給部と、
前記歯車対を収容するケースと、を備え、
前記潤滑液供給部は、前記歯車対のうち噛み合いを開始する部分へ潤滑液を直接噴き付ける噴射ノズルと、前記ケース内で前記噴射ノズルを保持するノズル保持部とを有し、
前記ケースに設けられた締結面に締結される被締結面が前記潤滑液供給部に設けられ、
前記締結面は、前記軸部に対して略平行に延び、
前記ケースには、潤滑液が流れるケース側通路が形成されており、
前記ノズル保持部には、潤滑液が流れるノズル側通路が形成されており、
前記ケース側通路の下流側の第1開口が前記締結面に形成されており、
前記ノズル側通路の上流側の第2開口が前記第1開口と連通するように前記被締結面に形成され、
前記被締結面が前記締結面に締結される方向は、前記第1開口と前記第2開口とを接続する方向と一致している、トランスミッションの潤滑構造。 - 前記ケースは、ケース開口を有するケース本体と、前記ケース開口を塞ぐように前記ケース本体に着脱可能に取付けられた蓋体とを有しており、
前記歯車対は、前記駆動歯車および前記従動歯車のそれぞれの前記軸部と共に歯車ユニットを構成しており、
前記歯車ユニットは、前記軸部のそれぞれの軸方向から前記ケース開口を通して着脱可能なように前記ケース本体に取付けられている、請求項1に記載のトランスミッションの潤滑構造。
