Claims (4)
- 第1の金型が取付けられる第1の盤と第2の金型が取付けられる第2の盤との間に、型開閉方向と直交する方向の軸を中心に回転される中間金型が前記第1の金型および第2の金型と対応して設けられた複合成形品用射出成形機において、
前記第1の盤または前記第2の盤の少なくとも一方の盤の中央には型開閉方向に沿って設けられた射出装置のノズルが挿入される凹部が形成され、
前記凹部内または前記凹部の近傍には複合成形品を突き出すエジェクタが配設されたことを特徴とする複合成形品用射出成形機。 - 前記第1の盤と前記第2の盤の双方に型開閉方向と同方向に設けられた射出装置のノズルが挿入される凹部が形成され、
前記凹部内または前記凹部の近傍にはそれぞれ複合成形品を突き出すエジェクタが配設されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合成形品用射出成形機。 - 第1の金型が取付けられる第1の盤と第2の金型が取付けられる第2の盤との間に、型開閉方向と直交する方向の軸を中心に回転される中間金型が前記第1の金型および第2の金型と対応して設けられた複合成形品用射出成形機の成形方法において、
前記第1の盤または前記第2の盤のいずれか一方の盤の中央には型開閉方向に沿って設けられ2次成形時に使用される射出装置のノズルが挿入される凹部が形成され、
前記凹部内または前記凹部の近傍には複合成形品を突き出すエジェクタが配設され、
2次成形された複合成形品が前記エジェクタにより突出されることを特徴とする複合成形品用射出成形機の成形方法。 - 前記第1の盤と前記第2の盤の双方に型開閉方向と同方向に設けられた射出装置のノズルが挿入される凹部が形成され、
前記凹部内または前記凹部の近傍にはそれぞれ複合成形品を突き出すエジェクタが配設され、
取付けられる成形金型に応じて、2次成形時に使用される射出装置と複合成形品を突き出すエジェクタが変更されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の複合成形品用射出成形機の成形方法。
