Claims (8)
- 車両におけるバネ上部材とバネ下部材との間に介装される緩衝器が発生可能な最低減衰力に可変減衰力を付加する減衰力可変機構を制御する緩衝器の制御装置において、緩衝器が発生すべき制御力と緩衝器の最低減衰力との偏差を求め、この偏差に基づいて可変減衰力を制御することを特徴とする緩衝器の制御装置。
- バネ上部材の上下方向の速度にスカイフック減衰係数を乗算して緩衝器が発生すべき制御力を求め、緩衝器のストローク速度に基づいて緩衝器の最低減衰力を求めることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器の制御装置。
- 緩衝器のストローク速度をパラメータとして予め作成した最低減衰力のマップを参照して、最低減衰力をマップ演算することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の緩衝器の制御装置。
- 緩衝器のストローク速度と偏差との積の符号を判定し、符号が正である場合には、偏差を可変減衰力とし、符号が負の場合には、可変減衰力を0とすることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の緩衝器の制御装置。
- 減衰力可変機構は、減衰バルブのクラッキング圧を調節するソレノイドを備えてなり、ソレノイドに供給する電流量を偏差に基づいて調節することによって、最低減衰力に付加する減衰力を変更することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の緩衝器の制御装置。
- 減衰力可変機構は、緩衝器内の磁気粘性流体の粘度を変更する粘度変更手段を備え、粘度変更手段に供給する電流量を偏差に基づいて調節することによって、最低減衰力に付加する減衰力を変更することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の緩衝器の制御装置。
- 減衰力可変機構は、緩衝器内の電気粘性流体の粘度を変更する粘度変更手段を備え、粘度変更手段に供給する電圧量を偏差に基づいて調節することによって、最低減衰力に付加する減衰力を変更することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の緩衝器の制御装置。
- 減衰力可変機構は、最低減衰力に付加する減衰力を無段階に変更可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の緩衝器の制御装置。
