Description
Claims (4)
- 電源と、
運転者の操作に連動して作動液圧が変動する液圧源と、
前記液圧源から作動液の供給を受けて車輪に制動力を付与するホイールシリンダと、
前記液圧源と前記ホイールシリンダとの間に設けられ、液圧源側がホイールシリンダ側よりも高圧であるときの差圧の作用により機械的に開弁され得る制御弁と、
前記制御弁の開閉を制御電流により制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御弁は、通常の制動時には、差圧の作用により機械的に開弁されることのないよう設定された規定の制御電流により閉弁される常開型の弁であり、
前記制御部は、前記電源が低電圧状態にあるか否かを判定し、低電圧状態と判定した場合には前記規定の制御電流よりも小さい制御電流で前記制御弁を閉弁することを特徴とするブレーキ制御装置。 - 運転者のブレーキ操作から独立してホイールシリンダ圧を制御し得るホイールシリンダ圧制御手段をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記低電圧状態においては前記ホイールシリンダ圧制御手段が提供するホイールシリンダ圧に上限値を設定し、要求ホイールシリンダ圧が該上限値を超えるときに前記制御弁が機械的に開弁されるように前記低電圧状態の制御電流を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ制御装置。 - 作動液を加圧して貯留するための動力源をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記低電圧状態においては通常よりも前記動力源を低速に作動させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のブレーキ制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、車両に衝突が発生したか否かを判定し、衝突があったと判定した場合には作動液を加圧して貯留するための動力源を作動させることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のブレーキ制御装置。
