Description
図1に示す伝動ベルトであるVリブドベルト1は、高強度で低伸度のコードよりなる心線2を接着ゴム層3中に埋設し、その下側に弾性体層である圧縮ゴム層4を有している。この圧縮ゴム層4にはベルト長手方向に伸びる断面略三角形の複数のリブ部7が設けられ、またベルト背面には織物、不織布、編物のような補強布5が設けられている。
実施例1〜8、比較例1〜7
表1に示すようにEPDM(ヨウ素価4)に、短繊維、カーボンブラック、パラフィン系プロセスオイル、固体潤滑剤等を配合して、カレンダーロールによって所定厚さのゴムシートを作製し、165°Cで30分間加硫した。短繊維としては、66ナイロン短繊維(繊維長3mm)、アラミド短繊維(繊維長3mm)、綿短繊維(繊維長6mm)から配合表に従って添加した。また固体潤滑剤としては、二硫化モリブデン、PTFE、グラファイトから配合表に従って添加した。得られた加硫ゴムの硬度(JIS−A)をJIS K6253に、切断時の伸び(66ナイロン短繊維の配向方向に対して直角方向)をJIS K6251に準じて測定した。更に、スラスト摩擦試験はJIS K7218のA法に当たるもので、試験条件としては滑り速度0.06m/sec、加圧力50N、滑り距離0.1kmで、試験試料の温度が50°Cに達したときの動的摩擦係数を測定した。その結果を表1に示す。
表2に示すようにEPDM(ヨウ素価4)に、短繊維、カーボンブラック、固体潤滑剤、パラフィン系プロセスオイル等を配合して、カレンダーロールによって圧縮ゴム層用のゴムシートを作製した。短繊維としては、66ナイロン短繊維(繊維長3mm)、アラミド短繊維(繊維長3mm)、綿短繊維(繊維長6mm)から配合表に従って添加した。また固体潤滑剤としては、二硫化モリブデン、PTFE、グラファイトから配合表に従って添加した。一方、表2に示す配合から短繊維を除いたEPDMゴム組成物からなる接着ゴム層用ゴムシートを作製し、また心線としてポリエステル繊維のコードを、補強布としてゴム付き綿帆布をそれぞれ用いた。

Claims (2)
- ベルト長手方向に沿って心線を埋設した接着ゴム層と、圧縮ゴム層を含む弾性体層から構成される伝動ベルトであって、圧縮ゴム層にエチレン−α−オレフィンエラストマー100質量部に対して6ナイロン、66ナイロン、610ナイロンから選ばれるナイロン短繊維10〜50質量部、グラファイト、二硫化モリブデン、そしてポリテトラフルオロエチレンから選ばれた少なくとも1種である固体潤滑材10〜100質量部を配合したゴム組成物を用いたことを特徴とする伝動ベルト。
- 伝動ベルトがVリブドベルトである請求項1に記載の伝動ベルト。
