Claims (8)
- 内燃機関の吸排気管に取り付けられるセンサであって、
軸線方向に延びるセンサ素子と、
当該センサ素子を保持する主体金具と、
当該主体金具の後端側に固定される内筒部材と、
当該内筒部材の径方向周囲を覆う外筒部材と
を備え、
当該外筒部材は、径方向内側に加締めることにより、前記内筒部材の外周面の周方向に直接又は他部材を介して接する加締め固定部を有するセンサにおいて、
前記加締め固定部の先端は、前記外筒部材の先端から軸線方向に1.5mm以内に配置されており、
前記加締め固定部は前記外筒部材の先端を含むよう形成されていることを特徴とするセンサ。 - 前記センサ素子は、自身の先端側に形成された検出部にて被測定ガス中の被検出成分を検出し、
前記主体金具は、自身の先端から前記検出部を突出させた状態で、前記センサ素子の径方向周囲を覆い、
前記内筒部材は、前記センサ素子の後端側の径方向周囲を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセンサ。 - 前記外筒部材の厚みは、前記内筒部材の厚みより薄いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のセンサ。
- 前記外筒部材の厚みは0.3〜0.8mmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のセンサ。
- 前記加締め固定部における前記外筒部材のビッカース硬度は、前記加締め固定部における前記内筒部材のビッカース硬度よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のセンサ。
- 前記外筒部材はオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のセンサ。
- 前記内筒部材及び前記外筒部材には、大気が前記内筒部材内に連通可能な少なくとも1つ以上の大気導入孔が形成されており、
前記内筒部材及び前記外筒部材の前記大気導入孔に対応する部位にフィルタが配置され、
前記加締め固定部は、当該フィルタよりも先端側にて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記内筒部材には、大気が前記内筒部材内に連通可能な少なくとも1つ以上の大気導入孔が形成されており、
前記内筒部材の前記大気導入孔を覆うようにフィルタが配置され、
前記加締め固定部は、当該フィルタを介して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のセンサ。
