Description
そして、前記オイルポンプギヤ室は、前記電動機ケースの一部が前記オイルポンプギヤ機構を取り囲むように延設した第1延設部に設ければよい。
また、電動機ケースとオイルポンプのケーシングとが一体で構成されるため、部品点数が削減され、それに伴って組立作業工数も低減される。その結果、駆動装置の更なるコスト低減を図ることができる。
また、電動機ケースと軸受保持部とが一体で構成されるため、部品点数が削減され、それに伴って組立作業工数も低減される。その結果、駆動装置の更なるコスト低減を図ることができる。
このとき、エンジンのトルクをプラネタリキャリヤ24に伝達する際に、モータジェネレータMG1が発電機として機能し、モータジェネレータMG1によって発生させられた電力が蓄電装置(不図示)に充電される。

Claims (11)
- エンジンに連結される入力軸と、発電機と、電動機と、前記発電機の回転軸に連結された第1の歯車要素、前記入力軸に連結された第2の歯車要素、および駆動軸へ動力を伝達する第3の歯車要素を含む差動歯車装置と、前記差動歯車装置の第3の歯車要素に連結されるとともに前記電動機に駆動連結されるカウンタギヤとを備えるハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記発電機、差動歯車装置およびカウンタギヤは、前記入力軸と同軸上に配置され、
前記電動機は、前記発電機、差動歯車装置、カウンタギヤに対して前記入力軸のエンジン連結側と軸方向にて反対側で前記入力軸と並行する別軸上に配置され、
前記電動機の回転軸を回転可能に支持する電動機軸受は、前記電動機の外側に配置され、
前記電動機は、前記入力軸と同軸上に配置されている第一軸構成部品の少なくとも1つと径方向に重なるように配置され、
前記電動機軸受のうち前記差動歯車装置側に位置する差動歯車装置側軸受は、前記第一軸構成部品の少なくとも1つと軸方向に重なるように配置されており、
前記第一軸構成部品のうち前記電動機軸受と軸方向で重なっているものがオイルポンプである
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載するハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記発電機、差動歯車装置およびカウンタギヤは、この順に前記入力軸のエンジン連結側から前記入力軸と同軸上に配置され、
前記電動機の出力軸は、前記発電機と径方向で重なっている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載するハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記発電機、差動歯車装置、カウンタギヤおよびオイルポンプは、この順に前記入力軸のエンジン連結側から前記入力軸と同軸上に配置されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項3に記載するハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記オイルポンプは、前記入力軸の終端部に配置されて前記入力軸の回転により駆動される
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載するハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記駆動軸は、前記入力軸と並行に配置され、
前記電動機の出力ギヤは、前記カウンタギヤに噛合し、
前記カウンタギヤは、前記入力軸に並行して配置され前記駆動軸へ動力を伝達するカウンタ軸のカウンタドリブンギヤに噛合し、
前記カウンタ軸のファイナルドライブピニオンギヤは、前記駆動軸へ動力を伝達するデファレンシャル装置のファイナルリングギヤに噛合する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項3から請求項5に記載するいずれか1つのハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記電動機を収容支持する電動機ケースに、前記オイルポンプに備わるオイルポンプギヤ機構を収容するオイルポンプギヤ室が一体形成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項6に記載するハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記オイルポンプギヤ室は、前記電動機ケースの一部が前記オイルポンプギヤ機構を取り囲むように延設された第1延設部に設けられている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項6または請求項7に記載するハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記オイルポンプギヤ室の開口を塞ぐオイルポンプカバーが、前記電動機ケースに対してスナップリングにより固定されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1から請求項8に記載するいずれか1つのハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記電動機を収容支持する電動機ケースに、前記カウンタギヤを回転可能に支持するカウンタギヤ軸受を保持する軸受保持部が一体形成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項9に記載するハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記軸受保持部は、前記電動機ケースの一部が前記オイルポンプに備わるオイルポンプギヤ機構を取り囲むように延設された第1延設部から更に延設されて前記カウンタギヤのボス部を囲むように形成された第2延設部に設けられている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1から請求項10に記載するいずれか1つのハイブリッド車両用駆動装置において、
前記電動機は、車両搭載状態にて、当該電動機の回転軸が車両前後方向にて前記入力軸と前記駆動軸との間に位置するとともに、前記入力軸より上方に位置するように配置されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。
