Description
特に、モータでの発電電力とコンバータへの入力電力制限値との比較に基づいて電圧指令値の降下量を制限することにより、コンバータへの入力電力制限値を超えない範囲で、モータの高効率化を図ることができる。
Claims (9)
- モータを駆動制御する電源装置であって、
直流電源と、
前記直流電源からの第1の直流電圧を電圧指令値に従って第2の直流電圧に変換して、第1および第2の電源線間に出力するコンバータと、
前記第1および第2の電源線間に接続された充放電可能な電荷蓄積部と、
前記第1および第2の電源線間の前記第2の直流電圧を受けて、駆動力指令値に従って前記モータを駆動制御する電力に変換するモータ駆動制御部と、
前記モータの力行動作時に、前記駆動指令値に対応する前記モータでの消費電力と前記第2の直流電圧の変化に応じた前記電荷蓄積部での蓄積電力の変化量との和が、前記コンバータの出力電力制限値よりも小さくなるように、前記駆動指令値を調整する制御装置とを備える、電源装置。 - 前記電圧指令値は、前記モータの回転数および要求される駆動力に応じて、前記駆動指令値とは独立に決められる、請求項1に記載の電源装置。
- 前記直流電源は充電可能であり、
前記モータ駆動制御部は、前記モータの回生動作時において、前記モータでの発電電力を前記電圧指令値に従って前記第2の直流電圧に変換して前記第1および第2の電源線間に出力し、
前記コンバータは、前記モータの回生動作時において、前記第2の出力電圧を前記第1の電圧に変換して前記直流電源を充電し、
前記制御装置は、前記モータの回生動作時において、前記モータでの発電電力および前記第2の直流電圧の変化に応じた前記電荷蓄積部での蓄積電力の変化量と、前記コンバータへの入力電力制限値との関係に基づき、必要に応じて前記電圧指令値を調整する、請求項1に記載の電源装置。 - 前記モータの回生動作時において、前記電圧指令値は、前記モータの回転数および要求される駆動力に応じて一次的に決められた後、前記制御装置によって必要に応じて調整される、請求項3に記載の電源装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記モータの回生動作時において、前記モータでの発電電力が前記前記コンバータへの入力電力制限値を超えるときには、前記電圧指令値の降下を禁止する、請求項3に記載の電源装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記モータの回生動作時において、前記モータでの発電電力が前記前記コンバータへの入力電力制限値より小さいときには、前記電荷蓄積部での前記第2の直流電圧の変化に応じた蓄積電力の変化量が、前記前記コンバータへの入力電力制限値および前記モータでの発電電力と均衡するように、前記電圧指令値の降下量を制限する、請求項3に記載の電源装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記蓄積電力の変化量を前記電圧指令値に基づいて算出する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電源装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記蓄積電力の変化量を前記第2の直流電圧の検出値に基づいて算出する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電源装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の電源装置と、
前記電源装置によって駆動制御される前記モータとして設けられ、少なくとも1つの車輪を駆動可能な交流電動機とを備え、
前記コンバータは、前記第2の電圧を前記第1の電圧よりも高くすることが可能な昇圧コンバータとして設けられ、
前記モータ駆動制御部は、前記第2の直流電圧と前記交流電動機を駆動制御する交流電圧との間の電力変換を行なうインバータを含む、自動車。
