Claims (3)
- 1列あたりM個の第1サイズの画像表示部及び1列あたりN個の第2サイズの画像表示部(M、Nは2以上の整数)が形成された基板をテーブルにローディングする段階と、
前記テーブル上にM個のシリンジを位置させる段階と、
前記テーブルを固定した状態で、前記画像表示部の第1サイズに対応する第1グループの前記シリンジを移動させて、前記画像表示部にディスペンシング物質を排出する段階と、
前記テーブルを固定した状態で、前記画像表示部の第2サイズに対応する第2グループの前記シリンジを移動させて、前記画像表示部にディスペンシング物質を排出する段階とを含み、
前記第1サイズが前記第2サイズと異なることを特徴とする液晶表示パネルのディスペンシング方法。
- 前記ディスペンシング物質を排出する段階は、前記画像表示部の外郭に沿ってシールパターンを形成することを含む請求項1記載の液晶表示パネルのディスペンシング方法。
- 前記ディスペンシング物質を排出する段階は、前記シリンジが同時に駆動されるか、または個別的に駆動されることを特徴とし、前記画像表示部の数(M+N)に対応する個数のシリンジが画像表示部の少なくとも1つの列を列毎に排出することを含む請求項1記載の液晶表示パネルのディスペンシング方法。
