Abstract
Description

c)製造された活性炭の適切な賦活後処理を行うことと、
を含み、
a)のステップは、サブステップ
i)含浸前駆体を得るために第1の化学的賦活剤を添加することと、
ii)原材料混合物を得るために第2の化学的賦活剤を添加することと、
を順に含む。
Claims (14)
- 活性炭の製造方法であって、
前記方法は、
a)原材料混合物を得るために、炭素前駆体を化学的賦活剤と混合することと、
b)物理的賦活ガスの雰囲気下で前記原材料混合物を加熱することにより活性炭を製造することと、
c)製造された活性炭の適切な賦活後処理を行うことと、
を含み、
前記a)のステップは、サブステップ
i)含浸前駆体を得るために第1の化学的賦活剤を添加することと、
ii)前記原材料混合物を得るために第2の化学的賦活剤を添加することと、
を順に含む、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記第1の化学的賦活剤は、MgCl2、AlCl3、CaCl2、FeCl3、ZnCl2、H3PO4、P2O5およびH2SO4の薬品を含む群から選択される、方法。
- 請求項1から2のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記炭素前駆体の前記第1の化学的賦活剤に対する質量比は、1:10から1000:1の範囲である、方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記炭素前駆体および前記第1の化学的賦活剤は、溶媒の助けを借りて混合される、方法。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記第2の化学的賦活剤は、K2CO3、Na2CO3、Li2CO3、KHCO3、NaHCO3、LiHCO3、KOH、NaOH、LiOHおよびベンジルカリウム(C7H7K)を含む群から選択される、方法。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記含浸前駆体と前記第2の化学的賦活剤の質量比は、1:10から1000:1の範囲である、方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記原材料混合物は、バッチ投入工程を介して前記反応器に導入される、方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記原材料混合物は、連続供給工程を介して前記反応器に導入される、方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記物理的賦活剤は、H2O、H2、O2、CO2、SO2、SO3およびNH3を含む群から選択される、方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、物理的賦活剤は、賦活反応器の加熱後に、前記賦活反応器に導入される、方法。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、加熱が400から1500℃の範囲の温度で行われる、方法。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法により得ることが可能な活性炭種。
- 請求項12に記載の活性炭種を含む、炭素電極。
- 請求項13に記載の少なくとも1つの炭素電極を含むスーパーキャパシタ。
