Abstract
Description
本発明は、湿式接着木材物品を製造する方法、前記方法により得られる湿式接着木材物品に関し、そして、湿式接着木材物品の使用にも関する。
新たに切断され切られた品物は、幾何学的にほとんど完全である−ほとんどの場合、切り出された長方形の板(同様に、他の幾何学的な形状で有効である)。端又は表面は、それらが一緒にちょうど粘着(接着)できるように、十分に正確である。
こうして、本発明は、第1の側面によれば、以下の工程を含む湿式接着木材物品を製造する方法を提供することによって、1つ以上の上記課題を解決する:

前記第2の木片の上に乾燥した表面を提供すること、
f)第1の木片の前記粘着表面(接着表面)が前記第2の木片上の前記乾燥した表面に触れるように、前記第1の及び第2の乾燥した表面を一緒にすること、こうして、湿式接着木材物品を提供すること、及び場合により
g)前記第1の及び第2の木片を一緒にブリッジする最小限の粘着継目(接着継目)を形成するために前記湿式接着木材物品をクランプすること。
本明細書の全体にわたって、「積極的に決して乾燥していない又はわずかに乾燥した木片」という表現は、本発明の第1の側面による方法という面において使用できるいかなる木片も包含することが意図される。好ましくは、前記木片は、新たに切られた木片である。(Cross Laminated Timber, CLTなどの)粘着(接着)積層生成物用の材料を提供することを目指して進むキルン乾燥プロセスからの「拒絶材料」を使用することも可能だが、必要な含水量基準を満たしていない。

細孔飽和は、木材細胞中の遊離水の割合を見る時に、より良いものさしである。それは、木材含水量の固有の欠点である密度依存性を補う。
例1
1つの試験は、表面層乾燥のモデルを示した(図3の結果を参照)。点線(灰色;元は青色)は、木材含水量のターゲット領域(8〜25%)を示す。初期の値によっては、ターゲット領域中に到達するのにかかる時間が異なる。
追加の試験は、本発明による前処理湿式粘着方法を使用して以下の結果を示した。図5及び図6は、これらを、及び、本発明による粘着プロセスは木板のまさに表面で起こることを開示する−木製構造中への侵入は、粘着システムに依存するが、典型的にはあまり深くない。PUR粘着システムでは、侵入は、ほとんどの場合、約0.10〜0.15mmに換算される)ほんの2〜3セル列である。
Claims (15)
- 以下の工程を含む湿式接着木材物品を製造する方法:
a)最少で2〜3個の木材細胞の厚さを有する表層を有する少なくとも1つの表面を含む積極的に決して乾燥させていない又はわずかに乾燥した第1の木片、好ましくは新たに切られた木片、を提供すること、
b)前記木片中で好ましくは約0.1mm〜約1mmの深さまでの前記表層の含水量が繊維飽和点よりも低いように、前記木片の表面を乾燥させること、
前記第1の木片の上に乾燥した表面を提供すること、
c)前記乾燥した表面上に粘着剤を適用すること、こうして、粘着表面を提供すること、
d)最少で2〜3個の木材細胞の厚さを有する表層を有する少なくとも1つの表面を含む積極的に決して乾燥させていない又はわずかに乾燥した第2の木片、好ましくは新たに切られた木片、を提供すること、
e)前記木片中で好ましくは約0.1mm〜約1mmの深さまでの前記表層の含水量が繊維飽和点よりも低いように、前記第2の木片の表面を乾燥させること、
前記第2の木片の上に乾燥した表面を提供すること、
f)第1の木片の前記粘着表面が前記第2の木片上の前記乾燥した表面に触れるように、前記第1の及び第2の乾燥した表面を一緒にすること、こうして、湿式接着木材物品を提供すること、及び場合により
g)前記第1の及び第2の木片を一緒にブリッジする最小限の粘着継目を形成するために前記湿式接着木材物品をクランプすること。 - 工程a)における前記第1の木片の少なくとも1つの表面及び工程d)における前記第2の木片の少なくとも1つの表面が、平らである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程c)の前記粘着剤が、ポリウレタン粘着剤(PUR)、フェノール−及びレゾルシノール−ホルムアルデヒド(PF及びRF)粘着剤又はメラミン−尿素−ホルムアルデヒド(MUF)粘着剤、好ましくはPUR粘着剤である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)における前記深さが約0.15〜約0.3mmである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)及びe)における最表層の前記木材含水量が、約8〜約30%、好ましくは約10〜約25%、及び最も好ましくは約12〜約15%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)における乾燥の乾燥時間が、45分未満、好ましくは15分未満、及び最も好ましくは10分未満である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)及びe)の前記乾燥が、対流乾燥、放射乾燥、接触乾燥、化学乾燥又は真空乾燥又はそれらの組合せを使用して実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 対流乾燥が、従来の対流乾燥、ジェット乾燥又は高温乾燥又はそれらの組合せを含み、及び、放射乾燥が、赤外線乾燥又は高周波乾燥、又はそれらの組合せを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 片方の又は両方の木片が、トウヒ、好ましくはオウシュウトウヒから生じる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 片方の又は両方の木片が、トウヒ、好ましくはオウシュウトウヒから生じる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 乾燥が、約100℃より下で、好ましくは約80℃より下で実施される、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 乾燥が、約20℃〜約100℃、好ましくは約20℃〜約80℃で実施される、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 粘着が、約20℃〜約100℃、好ましくは約20℃〜約80℃で実施される、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られる湿式接着木材物品。
- 家具における又は建築における請求項14に記載の湿式接着木材物品の使用。
