Abstract
Description
前記インク吸収体の構成材料が前記流入口から前記収納容器の外側に飛散するのを防止する飛散防止手段と、を備えることを特徴とする。
解繊物は、粉塵として比較的飛散しやすいため、本発明の効果がより明確に得られる。
前記インク吸収体収納容器内に収納され、インクの吸収が可能な吸水性樹脂を含むインク吸収体と、を備えることを特徴とする。
図1は、本発明のインク吸収用構造体(インク吸収体収納容器)の第1実施形態における使用状態(一例)を順に示す部分垂直断面図である。図2は、図1に示すインク吸収用構造体が備えるインク吸収体の拡大詳細図である。図3は、図1に示すインク吸収用構造体(インク吸収体収納容器)のブロック図である。図4は、図1に示すインク吸収用構造体(インク吸収体収納容器)の部分垂直断面図であって、シャッターが開状態となっている様子を示す図である。図5は、図1に示すインク吸収用構造体(インク吸収体収納容器)の部分垂直断面図であって、シャッターが閉状態となっている様子を示す図である。図6は、図3に示す制御部の制御動作を説明するためのフローチャートである。
図7は、本発明のインク吸収用構造体(インク吸収体収納容器)の第2実施形態における使用状態(一例)を示す部分垂直断面図であって、送風部の作動が停止している状態を示す図である。図8は、本発明のインク吸収用構造体(インク吸収体収納容器)の第2実施形態における使用状態(一例)を示す部分垂直断面図であって、送風部が作動している状態を示す図である。

Claims (10)
- インクの吸収が可能な吸水性樹脂を含むインク吸収体を収納する収納空間を内部に有し、前記インクが前記収納空間に流入する流入口を備えた収納容器と、
前記インク吸収体の構成材料が前記流入口から前記収納容器の外側に飛散するのを防止する飛散防止手段と、を備えることを特徴とするインク吸収体収納容器。 - 前記飛散防止手段は、前記流入口を開閉可能なシャッターを有する請求項1に記載のインク吸収体収納容器。
- 前記飛散防止手段は、前記流入口の前記インクの通過に同期して、前記シャッターの作動を制御する制御部を有する請求項2に記載のインク吸収体収納容器。
- 前記飛散防止手段は、前記流入口の外側にて、前記流入口を横切る気流を形成する気流形成部を有する請求項1に記載のインク吸収体収納容器。
- 前記飛散防止手段は、前記流入口の前記インクの通過に同期して、前記気流形成部の作動を制御する制御部を有する請求項4に記載のインク吸収体収納容器。
- 前記飛散防止手段は、前記収納空間内を負圧にする負圧形成部を有する請求項1に記載のインク吸収体収納容器。
- 前記飛散防止手段は、前記流入口に設けられた逆止弁を有する請求項1に記載のインク吸収体収納容器。
- 前記インク吸収体の構成材料は、前記吸水性樹脂と、前記吸水性樹脂が担持された繊維と、を含む請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載のインク吸収体収納容器。
- 前記繊維は、綿状の解繊物である請求項8に記載のインク吸収体収納容器。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のインク吸収体収納容器と、
前記インク吸収体収納容器内に収納され、インクの吸収が可能な吸水性樹脂を含むインク吸収体と、を備えることを特徴とするインク吸収用構造体。
