Abstract
Description
一端から対向する他端に至るにしたがって厚さが変化し、かつ水平方向に筋目が形成されている第1のガラス板と、
筋目が形成されている第2のガラス板と、
前記第1のガラス板と前記第2のガラス板との間に位置し、板厚方向視で前記第1のガラス板の筋目と前記第2のガラス板の筋目が直交するように、前記第1のガラス板と前記第2のガラス板とを接着する中間膜と、を備え、
前記中間膜は、第1の樹脂層と、第2の樹脂層と、第3の樹脂層とを有し、
前記第2の樹脂層は、前記第1の樹脂層と前記第3の樹脂層との間に位置し、かつ、前記第1の樹脂層と前記第3の樹脂層の両方よりも低い硬度を有することを特徴とする合わせガラスを提供する。
フロート法によって一端から対向する他端に向かって厚みが変化する第1のガラス板と厚みが一定である第2のガラス板を作製し、それぞれ30cm角に切り出した。第1のガラス板の厚みは最薄部が1.9mm、最厚部が2.1mm、また第2のガラス板の厚みは2.0mmであった。第1のガラス板のトップ面やボトム面、および第2のガラス板のトップ面やボトム面は、それぞれ、平面であった。
PVB単層中間膜を第1のガラス板のトップ面と第2のガラス板のボトム面で挟む以外は、実施例1と同じ材料及び同じ条件で合わせガラスを作製した。
PVB3層中間膜(積水化学社製、S−LEC Sound Acoustic Film)以外は、実施例1と同じ材料及び同じ条件で合わせガラスを作製した。
板厚方向視で第1のガラス板の筋目と第2のガラス板の筋目が平行となるように配置した以外は、実施例1と同じ材料及び同じ条件で合わせガラスを作製した。
PVB3層中間膜以外は、比較例1と同じ材料及び同じ条件で合わせガラスを作製した。
次に、代表的に実施例2による合わせガラスの評価時の状態について、図11および図12を参照して説明する。図11は、実施例2による合わせガラスの評価時の状態を示す側面図である。図11において、実線は合わせガラスの基準状態を示し、一点鎖線は合わせガラスの傾斜状態を示す。図12は、実施例2による合わせガラスの評価時の状態を示す上面図である。図12において、実線は合わせガラスの基準状態を示し、一点鎖線は合わせガラスの傾斜状態を示し、一点鎖線は合わせガラスの旋回状態を示す。図11および図12において、説明の都合上、筋目の図示を省略すると共に、厚さの変化を誇張して示す。尚、実施例1、3、比較例1、2による合わせガラスの評価時の状態を示す図は、図11および図12と同様になるので、省略する。
ポイントライト評価は、暗所において、図11および図12に示す光源30である水銀ランプからの光を、合わせガラスに通して、スクリーン40の投影面41に投影させ、その投映像の、第1ガラス板の筋目方向における影の濃さのばらつきで評価した。その評価は、傾斜角αが10°、20°、30°および40°の状態で行った。尚、旋回角βは0°とした。実施例1〜3および比較例1、2の合わせガラスの評価結果を表1に示す。
透視ひずみ評価は、JIS R 3212(自動車用安全ガラス試験方法)に記載の透視ひずみ試験に基づき、透視ひずみ(分)を測定した。
Claims (12)
- 一端から対向する他端に至るにしたがって厚さが変化し、かつ水平方向に筋目が形成されている第1のガラス板と、
筋目が形成されている第2のガラス板と、
前記第1のガラス板と前記第2のガラス板との間に位置し、板厚方向視で前記第1のガラス板の筋目と前記第2のガラス板の筋目が直交するように、前記第1のガラス板と前記第2のガラス板とを接着する中間膜と、を備え、
前記中間膜は、第1の樹脂層と、第2の樹脂層と、第3の樹脂層とを有し、
前記第2の樹脂層は、前記第1の樹脂層と前記第3の樹脂層との間に位置し、かつ、前記第1の樹脂層と前記第3の樹脂層の両方よりも低い硬度を有することを特徴とする合わせガラス。 - 前記第1のガラス板は、フロートガラス板であって、フロート法による成形時に溶融金属に接触していたボトム面と、前記ボトム面とは反対側のトップ面とを有し、
前記第1のガラス板の前記ボトム面が、前記中間膜との接触面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。 - 前記第2のガラス板は、フロートガラス板であって、フロート法による成形時に溶融金属に接触していたボトム面と、前記ボトム面とは反対側のトップ面とを有し、
前記第2のガラス板の前記トップ面が、前記中間膜との接触面であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の合わせガラス。 - 前記第2のガラス板は、フロートガラス板であって、フロート法による成形時に溶融金属に接触していたボトム面と、前記ボトム面とは反対側のトップ面とを有し、
前記第2のガラス板の前記ボトム面が、前記中間膜との接触面であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の合わせガラス。 - 前記第1のガラス板の厚さは、前記第1のガラス板の筋目と直交する方向に変化することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 自動車にフロントガラスとして取り付けられたときに、前記第1のガラス板の上辺の厚さが前記第1のガラス板の下辺の厚さよりも厚いことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1のガラス板が車外側に配置され、前記第2のガラス板が車内側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記中間膜は、一端から対向する他端に至るにしたがって厚さが変化していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記中間膜と、前記第1のガラス板とは、同じ方向に沿って厚さが変化することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第2のガラス板は、厚さが一定であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第2のガラス板は、一端から対向する他端に至るにしたがって厚さが変化していることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の合わせガラス。
- 合わせガラスの最大曲げ深さが10mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の合わせガラス。
