Abstract
Description
a)・第1及び第2ガラス板と、これらの間に配置された中間層とを含み、
・少なくとも1つのエッジに沿って縁部間隙を有し、かつ、
・2つのガラス板がオフセットBを有する、プレ接合体を製造するステップ。
b)・カバー層と融合可能な熱可塑性ポリマの溶融物を押出ノズルによって縁部間隙に注入することにより、縁部間隙に縁部シーリングを埋め込むステップであって、第1ローラと第2ローラとの間で、縁部間隙の直前にこの押出ノズルの開口部を位置決めし、この位置決めを
・第1ガラス板のガラス板エッジに第1ローラを当接させ、かつ、第2ガラス板のガラス板エッジに第2ローラを当接させ、この際に第1ローラ及び第2ローラが、ガラス板の面に対して平行に移動可能であり、これによってオフセットBを均し、
・プレ接合体のガラス板面をガラス板の面に対して直角な方向に移動可能な第3ローラに載置させる、ことによって行うステップ。
c)熱及び圧力を作用させて、縁部間隙に注入したポリマと、カバー層のポリマとを融合させて、ガラス板と中間層との間に最終的な接合を作製して1つの合わせガラス板にするステップ。
Claims (15)
- 第1ガラス板(1)と、第2ガラス板(2)と、前記第1ガラス板(1)と前記第2ガラス板(2)との間に配置されておりかつ少なくとも1つの熱可塑性ポリマをベースとした少なくとも1つのカバー層(3、4)を有する中間層(5)と、縁部シーリング(8)と、を少なくとも含む合わせガラス板(100)であって、
前記第1ガラス板(1)は、前記第2ガラス板(2)に対してオフセットBを伴って配置されており、
前記中間層(5)は、前記合わせガラス板(100)の少なくとも1つのエッジ(a、b)に沿って、縁部間隔Aだけ後退して切断されており、
前記縁部シーリング(8)は、前記第1ガラス板(1)と、前記第2ガラス板(2)と、前記中間層(5)とによって画定される縁部間隙(6)内に配置されており、
前記縁部シーリング(8)は、前記カバー層(3、4)の前記ポリマと融合可能なポリマを含有する
ことを特徴とする合わせガラス板(100)。 - 前記オフセットBは、0.01mm〜3mm、有利には0.05mm〜2mm、特に有利には0.1mm〜1mmである、請求項1に記載の合わせガラス板(100)。
- 前記縁部間隔Aは、1mm〜10mmである、請求項1又は2に記載の合わせガラス板(100)。
- 前記合わせガラス板(100)は、前記エッジ(a、b)に沿って厚さの変化Cを有しており、当該厚さの変化Cは、最大で0.5mmであり、有利には0.02mm〜0.1mmである、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス板(100)。
- 前記カバー層(3、4)は、熱可塑性ポリマ、有利には熱可塑性ポリビニルブチラールを含有しており、前記縁部シーリング(8)は、同じ熱可塑性ポリマの溶融物を含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス板(100)。
- 使用する前記熱可塑性ポリマに定着剤が添加されている、請求項5に記載の合わせガラス板(100)。
- 前記中間層(5)には少なくとも、カバー層(3、4)と、支持シート(16)と、当該支持シート(16)上に配置された易腐食性の機能層(15)と、別のカバー層(3、4)とが含まれている、請求項1から6までいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス板(100)。
- 前記縁部シーリング(8)は、前記第1ガラス板(1)のガラス板エッジ(17)から前記第2ガラス板(2)のガラス板エッジ(18)に向かって傾斜角を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス板(100)。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス板(100)を製造する方法において、
a)2つの前記ガラス板(1、2)及び前記中間層(5)からプレ接合体(7)を作製し、
b)前記カバー層(3、4)と融合可能な熱可塑性ポリマの溶融物を押出ノズル(12)によって前記縁部間隙(6)に注入することにより、縁部シーリング(8)を埋め込み、
第1ローラ(9)と第2ローラ(10)との間で、前記縁部間隙(6)の直前に前記押出ノズル(12)の前記開口部(14)を位置決めし、当該位置決めを
前記第1ガラス板(1)の前記ガラス板エッジ(17)に前記第1ローラ(9)を当接させ、かつ、前記第2ガラス板(2)の前記ガラス板エッジ(18)に前記第2ローラ(10)を当接させ、かつ、前記第1ローラ(9)及び前記第2ローラ(10)が、前記ガラス板(1、2)の面に対して平行に移動可能であり、これによって前記オフセットBを均し、
前記プレ接合体(7)のガラス板面(19、20)を前記ガラス板(1、2)の面に対して垂直に移動可能な第3ローラ(11)に載置させる、ことによって行い、
c)熱を供給しかつ圧力を加えて前記ガラス板(1、2)及び前記中間層(5)を結合し、これによって前記合わせガラス板(100)を形成し、前記縁部間隙(6)に注入した前記ポリマを前記カバー層(3、4)の前記ポリマと融合させる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - ステップc)において得た前記合わせガラス板(100)の前記エッジ(a、b)において突出する前記縁部シーリング(8)を除去する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記押出ノズル(12)の前記開口部(14)は、矩形又は楕円形に構成されており、前記開口部(14)は有利には1.5mm〜3mmの幅及び0.5mm〜0.7mmの高さを有する、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- ステップb)において、前記押出ノズル(12)の傍らを通るように前記プレ接合体(7)を案内する、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ステップb)において、リモート制御のロボットにより、前記縁部間隙(6)の傍らを通るように前記押出ノズル(12)を案内する、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ステップb)において、前記プレ接合体(7)を加熱し、有利には35℃〜100℃に、特に有利には40℃〜80℃に加熱する、請求項9から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の合わせガラス板(100)の、自立型ガラス板としての、有利には自立型車両サイドガラス板としての使用。
