Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 芯材(Core Material);
前記芯材の外側に配置される第1外皮材;および
前記第1外皮材と互いに異なる熱伝導度を有し、前記第1外皮材と結合して内部に前記芯材が収容される収容空間を形成する第2外皮材;を含むことを特徴とする、真空断熱材。 - 前記第1外皮材および前記第2外皮材は互いに結合して前記収容空間の外側方向に延長される延長部を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記第1外皮材は前記第2外皮材よりも熱伝導度が小さく、
前記延長部は前記第2外皮材が前記芯材と前記第1外皮材の間に位置するように折り曲げられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記第1外皮材はアルミニウム蒸着外皮材を含み、
前記第2外皮材はアルミホイル外皮材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記芯材は複数のガラス繊維(Glass Fiber)を含み、
前記複数のガラス繊維のそれぞれの直径は3um以上6um以下であり、前記複数のガラス繊維のそれぞれの長さは20nm以上70nm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記芯材内部に設けられ、前記芯材内部に流入するガスおよび水分のうち少なくとも一つを吸着する吸着剤をさらに含み、
前記吸着剤はガス吸着剤および水分吸着剤の中の少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記ガス吸着剤はBa、Li、Al、Ti、V、Fe、Co、Zr、Pd、MgおよびNbの中の少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記水分吸着剤は前記第1外皮材の単位面積(0.1m2)当たり3g以上10g以下で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の真空断熱材。
- 前記水分吸着剤は化学的吸着剤と物理的吸着剤の中から選択される少なくとも一つを含み、
前記化学的吸着剤はCaO、BaO、MgOおよびCaCl2の中から選択される少なくとも一つを含み、
前記物理的吸着剤は分子篩(Molecular Sieve)、活性炭、ゼオライト、活性アルミナおよびMgCO3の中の少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記化学的吸着剤は10m2/g以上の比表面積を有し、
前記物理的吸着剤は50m2/g以上の比表面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記吸着剤は前記吸着剤の活性度を向上させる触媒剤をさらに含むことができ、
前記触媒剤はCeO2、CuO、Co3O4、PdOおよびSeO2の中の少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記第1外皮材は、
融着層;および
前記融着層の外側に積層される遮断層;を含み、
前記遮断層は、
基材層;および
前記芯材内に流入するガスおよび水分を遮断するように前記基材層上に設けられる蒸着層;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記遮断層は複数の遮断層を含み、
前記複数の遮断層は前記基材層および前記基材層上に位置する前記蒸着層が互いに対向して位置するように積層されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記複数の遮断層のうち前記融着層と向き合う第1遮断層は、
前記融着層を囲む第1基材層;および
前記第1基材層の外側に位置する第1蒸着層;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の真空断熱材。 - 前記複数の遮断層のうち前記第1遮断層と向き合う第2遮断層は、
前記第1蒸着層と向き合う第2蒸着層;および
前記第2蒸着層の外側に位置する第2基材層;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の真空断熱材。
