Abstract
【解決手段】ブレーキ装置100であって、伸縮可能に設けられ一対のリンクアーム30の一端部31どうしを連結する連結部材60と、連結部材60を伸長させてブレーキディスク1aに対するブレーキライニング2の相対位置を一定に調整するアジャスタ70と、を備え、アジャスタ70は、おねじ72aが形成される伸長シャフト72とおねじ72aに螺合するめねじ73aが形成される伸長ナット73とを有して連結部材60を伸長させる伸長機構71と、伸長ナット73の回転に抵抗を付与する抵抗付与部90と、を有し、抵抗付与部90は、合口隙間92aを有し内周が伸長ナット73の外周に摺接する摺接部91と、合口隙間92aを閉じる方向に摺接部91を付勢して伸長ナット73に摩擦力を付与するコイルばね94と、を有する。

Claims (3)
- 車輪とともに回転するブレーキディスクを挟持して前記車輪を制動するブレーキ装置であって、
車体又は台車に支持されるブレーキ本体と、
一端部と他端部との間の支持部が前記ブレーキ本体に回動可能に支持される一対のリンクアームと、
前記一対のリンクアームの前記他端部に前記ブレーキディスクの両面に臨むように支持され前記ブレーキディスクに摺接して摩擦力を付与可能なブレーキライニングと、
作動流体の給排によって作動し前記一対のリンクアームを回動させて前記ブレーキライニングを前記ブレーキディスクに押圧するアクチュエータと、
伸縮可能に設けられ前記一対のリンクアームの前記一端部どうしを連結する連結部材と、
前記連結部材を伸長させて前記ブレーキディスクに対する前記ブレーキライニングの相対位置を一定に調整するアジャスタと、を備え、
前記アジャスタは、
回転不能に設けられ第一ねじ部が形成される第一部材と回転可能に設けられ前記第一ねじ部に螺合する第二ねじ部が形成される第二部材とを有して前記第一部材及び前記第二部材の相対回転により前記連結部材を伸長させる伸長機構と、
前記第二部材の外周に設けられ前記伸長機構が伸長する方向にのみ前記第二部材へ回転トルクを伝達可能なトルク伝達部と、
前記第二部材の回転に抵抗を付与する抵抗付与部と、を有し、
前記抵抗付与部は、
合口隙間を有し内周が前記第二部材の外周に摺接する摺接部と、
前記合口隙間を閉じる方向に前記摺接部を付勢して前記第二部材に摩擦力を付与する付勢部材と、を有することを特徴とするブレーキ装置。 - 前記アジャスタは、前記付勢部材による前記摺接部への付勢力を調整する付勢力調整機構をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ装置。
- 前記アクチュエータの出力部材に回動可能に連結され前記出力部材の進退によって回動して前記一対のリンクアームの各々の前記一端部の間の距離を拡縮させるリンクレバーをさらに備え、
前記アジャスタは、
前記トルク伝達部から径方向外側に突出して設けられ前記アジャスタの外部に露出する回転レバーと、
前記トルク伝達部が前記第二部材に回転トルクを伝達する方向に前記回転レバーを付勢するレバー付勢部材と、をさらに有し、
前記回転レバーは、制動時の前記リンクレバーの回動に伴い前記レバー付勢部材の付勢力に抗して前記リンクレバーに押圧されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のブレーキ装置。
