Claims (10)
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 26〜70%、B2O3 4.5〜35%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO+ZnO 10〜48%、BaO 10〜31%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜0.29%を含有し、且つ屈折率ndが1.51〜2.0であることを特徴とする高屈折率ガラス。
- SiO2+Al2O3+B2O3の含有量が30.5〜80質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- 質量比SiO2/B2O3が1.2〜20であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- 実質的にPbOを含まず、且つBi2O3+La2O3+Gd2O3+Nb2O5+Ta2O5+WO3の含有量が9質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- 実質的にアルカリ金属酸化物を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- 液相粘度が103.0dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- フロート法で形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- ロールアウト法又はアップドロー法で成形されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の高屈折率ガラス。
- 請求項1〜8の何れかに記載の高屈折率ガラスを備えることを特徴とする照明デバイス。
- 請求項1〜9の何れかに記載の高屈折率ガラスを備えることを特徴とする有機EL照明。
