Abstract
【解決手段】支持基板1上に複数形成される第一電極ライン2aと、第一電極ライン2a上に形成される有機発光層2dと、第一電極ライン2aと交差するように複数形成される第二電極ライン2eとを有する発光表示部2を形成してなる有機ELパネルである。各第二電極ライン2eあるいは各第一電極ライン2aと接続されるように支持基板1上に引き回し形成される複数の電極配線4を有し、各電極配線4は、1本の配線からなる部分4a,4c及び/あるいは複数の配線が並列に接続される部分4bを有し、それぞれの配線抵抗値の差が5Ω以下となるように同一方向に形成される部分において前記配線の並列数を異ならせてなる。

Claims (2)
- 支持基板上に複数形成される第一電極ラインと、前記第一電極ライン上に形成される有機発光層と、前記第一電極ラインと交差するように複数形成される第二電極ラインとを有する発光表示部を形成してなる有機ELパネルであって、
前記各第二電極ラインあるいは前記各第一電極ラインと接続されるように前記支持基板上に引き回し形成される複数の電極配線を有し、
前記各電極配線は、1本の配線からなる部分及び/あるいは複数の配線が並列に接続される部分を有し、それぞれの配線抵抗値の差が5Ω以下となるように同一方向に形成される部分において前記配線の並列数を異ならせてなることを特徴とする有機ELパネル。 - 前記電極配線は、部分毎に前記配線の並列数が異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機ELパネル。
