Abstract
【解決手段】車両用空調装置10を構成するエバポレータ18には、第1及び第2チューブ36a、36bの間に、ルーバー40を有した第1フィン38が配設されると共に、第1ブロアユニット16からの空気が流通する第1フロント通路34に臨む第1冷却部50と、第2ブロアユニット22からの空気が流通する第1リア通路130に臨む第2冷却部52との境界部には、前記ルーバー40を備えていない第2フィン54が設けられている。そして、第1ブロアユニット16からケーシング12内に空気が供給され、第2フィン54によって分離された第1冷却部50によって冷却され、一方、第2ブロアユニット22から供給された空気が、前記第2フィン54によって前記第1冷却部50とは分離された第2冷却部52を通過して冷却される。

前記熱交換器は、前記ケーシングの内部を流通する前記空気の流通方向に沿って並列に設けられ、その内部に媒体が流通する複数の第1及び第2チューブと、
前記第1及び第2チューブの間に設けられ、波状に折曲されて前記空気の流通する空気孔を有する第1のフィンと、
前記ケーシングの第1通路を流通する前記空気の熱交換を行う前記熱交換器における第1熱交換部と、前記ケーシングの第2通路を流通する前記空気の熱交換を行う前記熱交換器における第2熱交換部とを分離する分離手段と、
を備え、
前記分離手段は、前記第1及び第2チューブのそれぞれの間において、該第1及び第2チューブの延在方向に沿って配置され、前記空気孔を有していない第2のフィンからなることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 空気の流通する複数の通路を有するケーシングと、前記通路における前記空気の流通状態を切り換えるダンパ機構とを有する車両用空調装置において、該ケーシングの内部に設けられ、前記空気の熱交換を行うことにより温度調整して供給する熱交換器であって、
前記熱交換器は、前記ケーシングの内部を流通する前記空気の流通方向に沿って並列に設けられ、その内部に媒体が流通する複数の第1及び第2チューブと、
前記第1及び第2チューブの間に設けられ、波状に折曲されて前記空気の流通する空気孔を有する第1のフィンと、
前記ケーシングの第1通路を流通する前記空気の熱交換を行う前記熱交換器における第1熱交換部と、前記ケーシングの第2通路を流通する前記空気の熱交換を行う前記熱交換器における第2熱交換部とを分離する分離手段と、
を備え、
前記分離手段は、前記第1及び第2チューブのそれぞれの間において、該第1及び第2チューブの延在方向に沿って配置され、前記空気孔を有していない第2のフィンからなることを特徴とする車両用空調装置に用いられる熱交換器。 - 請求項1記載の熱交換器において、
前記第1熱交換部と前記第2熱交換部との境界部位には、前記第2のフィンに臨み、前記第1チューブ及び第2チューブの端部に装着される封止部材が設けられることを特徴とする車両用空調装置に用いられる熱交換器。 - 請求項1又は2記載の熱交換器において、
前記熱交換器は、前記空気を冷却して冷風を供給するエバポレータであることを特徴とする車両用空調装置に用いられる熱交換器。 - 請求項1又は2記載の熱交換器において、
前記熱交換器は、前記空気を加熱して温風を供給するヒータコアであることを特徴とする車両用空調装置に用いられる熱交換器。
