Description
ポリ乳酸(以下の表ではPLAと呼ぶ)とポリビニルアルコール(以下の表ではPVOHと呼ぶ)の混合物の押し出しにより、シール開始温度が少なくとも80℃のポリ乳酸から、または水溶解温度が高いか、中くらいか、低いかのポリビニルアルコールから作られたフィルムにヒートシールされた個々のフィルムを形成させた。これらのフィルムの、ポリ乳酸から作られたトレイからの剥離性も、調査した。
3層高分子フィルムを、ポリ乳酸の第1外層と、80重量%のポリ乳酸と20重量%のポリビニルアルコールの混合物のコア層と、ポリビニルアルコールの第2外層との共押出しにより製造した。コア層と第2外層とのポリビニルアルコールは、それぞれ5℃以下、10℃以下であった。
5層フィルムを、5層ダイスによる押し出しで製造した。第1外層をポリ乳酸とし、第1中間層を80重量%のポリビニルアルコールと20重量%のポリ乳酸の混合物とし、第2中間層すなわち中央層をポリビニルアルコールとし、第3中間層を第1中間層に使用した混合物とし、第2外層を92重量%のポリ乳酸と8重量%の加工助剤として機能する衝撃改質剤とした。
5層フィルムを、5層ダイスによる押し出しで製造した。第1外層をポリ乳酸とし、第1中間層を55重量%のポリビニルアルコールと45重量%のポリ乳酸の混合物とし、第2中間層を65重量%のポリ乳酸と35重量%のポリビニルアルコールの混合物とし、第3中間層をポリビニルアルコールとし、第2外層を再生セルロースとした。
Claims (19)
- ポリ乳酸からなる第1の層と、ポリビニルアルコールからなる第2の層と、その間にある少なくとも1つの中間層からなる高分子フィルムであって、1つ以上の前記中間層は、ポリビニルアルコール及び・又はデンプンと、ポリ乳酸との混合物からなる高分子フィルム。
- 前記第1の層と、前記第2の層との間に、中間層を1つだけ有する、請求項1に記載の高分子フィルム。
- 前記第1の層と、前記第2の層との間に、少なくとも2つの中間層を有する、請求項1に記載の高分子フィルム。
- 前記中間層内のポリビニルアルコール及び・又はデンプンに対するポリ乳酸の相対量は、層によって異なる、請求項3に記載の高分子フィルム。
- 1つ以上の前記混合物は、それぞれ98〜10重量%のポリビニルアルコール及び・又はデンプンと、2〜90重量%のポリ乳酸とからなる、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の高分子フィルム。
- 1つ以上の前記混合物は、それぞれ80〜20重量%のポリビニルアルコール及び・又はデンプンと、20%〜80重量%のポリ乳酸とからなる、請求項5に記載の高分子フィルム。
