Abstract
【解決手段】排気管9途中の選択還元型触媒10に還元剤タンク14から還元剤17を添加してNOxを還元浄化する排気浄化装置に関し、還元剤タンク14内に補給された還元剤17の異常を検出するための還元剤の異常検出方法であって、還元剤タンク14への還元剤17の補給を検出し、補給の検出時からNOx浄化率が安定化するまでの期間を浄化率安定期間として待機し、浄化率安定期間後の判定期間に測定NOx浄化率の異常低下を検出した場合には、還元剤タンク14内に低濃度の還元剤17または/及び別の物質が補給されたと判断する。

Claims (4)
- 排気管途中の選択還元型触媒に還元剤タンクから還元剤を添加してNOxを還元浄化する排気浄化装置に関し、前記還元剤タンク内に補給された還元剤の異常を検出するための還元剤の異常検出方法であって、前記還元剤タンクへの還元剤の補給を検出し、補給の検出時からNOx浄化率が安定化するまでの期間を浄化率安定期間として待機し、浄化率安定期間後の判定期間に測定NOx浄化率の異常低下を検出した場合には、還元剤タンク内に低濃度の還元剤または/及び別の物質が補給されたと判断することを特徴とする還元剤の異常検出方法。
- 測定NOx浄化率の異常低下の検出を、実測の測定NOx浄化率と基準NOx浄化率とを比較して検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の還元剤の異常検出方法。
- 測定NOx浄化率の異常低下を検出できない場合には、判定期間後の通常運転期間に実測の測定NOx浄化率を正常なNOx浄化率として基準NOx浄化率に記録することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の還元剤の異常検出方法。
- 低濃度の還元剤は、還元剤タンク内の還元剤の濃度を低下させる濃度であり、別の物質は、還元剤タンク内の還元剤の濃度を低下させる他の溶液または/及び他の溶質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の還元剤の異常検出方法。
