Abstract
【解決手段】油圧ポンプ7の上面はエンジン6の上面よりも低く配置されているとともに、作動油タンク8、燃料タンク9の少なくとも一方を有するタンク装置は油圧ポンプ7の上面と略同等の高さ又はそれ以下の高さとされた上面12bをもつ低背部12cを後部に有し、排気ガス後処理装置11は、低背部12c及び油圧ポンプ7の上側の位置に設けられている。

Claims (7)
- 作業アタッチメントを起伏可能に支持するベースフレームと、このベースフレーム上に設けられたエンジンとを有する建設機械であって、
前記エンジンの動力により作動可能となるように当該エンジンと左右方向に連結された油圧ポンプと、
この油圧ポンプの前方に設けられ、作動油タンク、燃料タンクの少なくとも一方を有するタンク装置と、
前記エンジンの排気ガスを浄化するための排気ガス後処理装置とを備え、
前記油圧ポンプの上面はエンジンの上面よりも低く配置されているとともに、前記タンク装置は油圧ポンプの上面と略同等の高さ又はそれ以下の高さの上面を持つ低背部を少なくとも後部に有し、前記排気ガス後処理装置は、前記低背部及び油圧ポンプの上側の位置に設けられていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 前記油圧ポンプの後方に設けられたカウンタウェイトをさらに備え、前記油圧ポンプの上面はカウンタウェイトの上面よりも低く配置されているとともに、前記排気ガス後処理装置は、前記低背部の前端部と前記カウンタウェイトの前面との間の領域内で、前記低背部及び油圧ポンプの上側の位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。
- 前記カウンタウェイトの前面には、他の部分より後退する凹部が形成され、前記排気ガス後処理装置は、前記凹部が形成された部分における前記カウンタウェイトの前面と前記低背部の前端部との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の建設機械。
- 前記タンク装置は、前記油圧ポンプの上面よりも高い部分である高背部を、前記低背部の前側に有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の建設機械。
- 前記排気ガス後処理装置は、前記エンジンの排気中の粉塵を捕集可能なフィルタを有する第一処理部と、尿素を還元剤とする触媒を利用して前記排気中の窒素酸化物を分解することが可能な第二処理部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の建設機械。
- 前記第二処理部に供給可能となるように尿素水を収納する尿素水タンクをさらに備え、この尿素水タンクは、前記排気ガス後処理装置と前後に並べて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の建設機械。
- 前記排気ガス後処理装置の前後端部のうち前記尿素水タンクに隣接する側の端部から当該尿素水タンク側へ突出するとともに当該排気ガス後処理装置を前記ベースフレームに支持させるための左右一対の取付部をさらに備え、これら取付部同士の間隔が前記尿素水タンクの左右寸法よりも広くされていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の建設機械。
