Claims (6)
- 下部走行体上に上部旋回体が旋回自在に搭載され、この上部旋回体の基台となるアッパーフレームの後部にエンジンルームが設けられるとともに、左右方向の中間部に前後方向に延びる左右の縦板が設けられ、この両縦板を挟んだ左右一側にキャビン、反対側にメンテナンスのための後上がりの昇降ステップがそれぞれ設けられる一方、両縦板の前部に作業アタッチメントのブームの下端部がブームフットピンによって取付けられ、かつ、ハイブリッド機器として、エンジンを駆動源として発電機作用と電動機作用とを行う発電電動機と、この発電電動機に電動機作用を行わせる電源となるとともに発電電動機の発電機作用等によって充電される蓄電器と、この蓄電器を電源として上記上部旋回体を旋回駆動する旋回電動機と、上記発電電動機、旋回電動機、蓄電器の動作を制御する制御器とを備えたハイブリッド建設機械において、上記蓄電器及び制御器を、階段状に形成した機器ケース内に格納し、この機器ケースを上記昇降ステップとして上記アッパーフレーム前部のキャビンと反対側に設置し、
上記機器ケース内の蓄電器及び制御器を冷却するための冷却水入口及び冷却水出口を、上記機器ケースにおける上記縦板と対面する側面であって側面から見て縦板から外れた位置で機器ケースに設けたことを特徴とするハイブリッド建設機械。 - 上記制御器として、発電電動機及び旋回電動機の作動を制御するインバータと、このインバータ及び上記蓄電器の充放電指令等の制御指令を出すハイブリッドコントローラとを備え、上記蓄電器、インバータ、ハイブリッドコントローラを、蓄電器が最下層となる状態で上記機器ケースに対応する階段状に積層して同ケース内に格納したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
- 上記機器ケースを、上記ブームフットピンを同ピン軸方向に抜き差しするのに十分なピン挿脱空間が上記キャビンと反対側に確保される階段状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
- 上記発電電動機及び旋回電動機と蓄電器とを接続する電力ケーブルを、上記機器ケースと、この機器ケースが配置された側の縦板との間の空間を通る経路で配線したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
- 機器ケースにおける上記電力ケーブルの接続位置を上記縦板の上端よりも上方に設定したことを特徴とする請求項4記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
- 上記冷却水入口及び出口を縦板の前部と後部に分けて、かつ、冷却水出口が冷却水入口よりも高位に位置する状態で機器ケースに設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド建設機械。
