Abstract
【解決手段】第1の回転要素7および第2の回転要素4および第3の回転要素5を有する歯車機構3が設けられ、第1の駆動力源2および第2の駆動力源MG1および第3の駆動力源MG2が歯車機構3の各要素に連結されており、歯車機構3の変速比を変更可能であり、歯車機構3の出力要素から出力された動力が伝達される被駆動部材18が設けられ、第2の駆動力源MG1を被駆動部材18に接続する第1の動力伝達経路9が設けられ、第3の駆動力源MG2を被駆動部材18に接続する第2の動力伝達経路17が設けられているハイブリッド駆動装置において、第1の動力伝達経路9または第2の動力伝達経路17の少なくとも一方に、変速機19が設けられている。

Claims (13)
- 差動回転可能に連結された第1の回転要素および第2の回転要素および第3の回転要素を有する歯車機構が設けられ、第1の駆動力源が前記第1の回転要素に連結され、第2の駆動力源が前記第2の回転要素に連結され、第3の駆動力源が前記第3の回転要素に連結されており、前記歯車機構のいずれかの要素から出力された動力を車輪に伝達する被駆動部材が設けられており、前記第2の駆動力源および前記第2の回転要素を前記被駆動部材に対して動力伝達可能に接続する第1の動力伝達経路が設けられ、前記第3の駆動力源および前記第3の回転要素を前記被駆動部材に対して動力伝達可能に接続する第2の動力伝達経路が設けられているハイブリッド駆動装置において、
前記第1の動力伝達経路または前記第2の動力伝達経路の少なくとも一方に、変速機が設けられていることを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記第1の動力伝達経路および前記第2の動力伝達経路の両方に、前記変速機がそれぞれ設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記変速機は、前記第2の回転要素および前記第2の駆動力源に連結された第1の中間回転部材と、前記第3の回転要素および前記第3の駆動力源に連結された第2の中間回転部材とを有しており、前記第1の中間回転部材および第2の中間回転部材が同軸上に配置され、前記第1の中間回転部材および第2の中間回転部材の回転軸線と、前記被駆動部材の回転軸線とが平行に配置されているとともに、前記第1の中間回転部材および前記第2の中間回転部材を、前記被駆動部材に連結する伝動装置が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記歯車機構を構成する前記第1の回転要素および前記第2の回転要素および前記第3の回転要素には、同軸上に配置されたサンギヤおよびリングギヤと、このサンギヤおよびリングギヤに噛合されたピニオンギヤを自転かつ、公転可能に支持するキャリヤとが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記伝動装置は、前記第1の中間回転部材および前記第2中間回転部材に設けられた駆動ギヤと、前記被駆動部材に設けられた従動ギヤとを噛合して構成されており、前記第2の回転要素がサンギヤであり、このサンギヤと前記駆動ギヤとが同軸上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記第3の回転要素がリングギヤであり、そのリングギヤの外側を取り囲むように、前記第3の駆動力源が環状に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記歯車機構は、前記第1の回転要素が入力要素となり、前記第2の回転要素および第3の回転要素のいずれか一方が反力要素となり、かつ、他方が出力要素となり、前記第1の回転要素と前記第2の回転要素と前記第3の回転要素との差動作用により、前記入力要素となる回転要素と、前記出力要素となる回転要素との間における変速比を無段階に変更可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記歯車機構は、同軸上に配置されたサンギヤおよびリングギヤと、このサンギヤおよびリングギヤに噛合するピニオンギヤを保持するキャリヤとを有するシングルピニオン式の遊星歯車機構により構成されており、前記第1の回転要素は前記キャリヤであり、前記第2の回転要素は前記サンギヤであり、前記第3の回転要素は前記リングギヤであり、
前記変速機は、第1の中間回転部材および第2の中間回転部材を有しており、前記第1の中間回転部材が前記サンギヤに連結され、前記第2の中間回転部材が前記リングギヤに連結されているとともに、
前記第1の中間回転部材に設けられた複数の第1駆動ギヤと前記被駆動部材に設けられた複数の第1従動ギヤとを噛合させて、前記第1の動力伝達経路が構成されており、前記第2の中間回転部材に設けられた複数の第2駆動ギヤと前記被駆動部材に設けられた複数の第2従動ギヤとを噛合させて、前記第2の動力伝達経路が構成されており、
前記第1の動力伝達経路に設けられた変速機は、前記複数の第1駆動ギヤのいずれかを前記複数の第1従動ギヤのいずれかに接続する第1のクラッチ機構を有し、前記第2の動力伝達経路に設けられた変速機は、前記複数の第2駆動ギヤのいずれかを前記複数の第2従動ギヤのいずれかに接続する第2のクラッチ機構を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記歯車機構は、同軸上に配置されたサンギヤおよびリングギヤと、前記サンギヤに噛合された第1ピニオンギヤと、前記第1ピニオンギヤおよび前記リングギヤに噛合された第2ピニオンギヤと、前記第1ピニオンギヤおよび前記第2ピニオンギヤを支持するキャリヤとを有するダブルピニオン式の遊星歯車機構により構成されており、前記第1の回転要素は前記リングギヤであり、前記第2の回転要素は前記サンギヤであり、前記第3の回転要素は前記キャリヤであり、
前記変速機は、第1の中間回転部材および第2の中間回転部材を有しており、前記第1の中間回転部材が前記サンギヤに連結され、前記第2の中間回転部材が前記キャリヤに連結されているとともに、
前記第1の中間回転部材に設けられた複数の第1駆動ギヤと、前記被駆動部材に設けられた複数の第1従動ギヤとを噛合させて、前記第1の動力伝達経路が構成されており、前記第2の中間回転部材に設けられた複数の第2駆動ギヤと、前記被駆動部材に設けられた複数の第2従動ギヤとを噛合させて、前記第2の動力伝達経路が構成されており、
前記第1の動力伝達経路に設けられた変速機は、前記複数の第1駆動ギヤのいずれかを前記複数の第1従動ギヤのいずれかに対して接続する第1のクラッチ機構を有し、前記第2の動力伝達経路に設けられた変速機は、前記複数の第2駆動ギヤのいずれかを前記複数の第2従動ギヤのいずれかに対して接続する第2のクラッチ機構を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記歯車機構の入力要素と出力要素との間の変速比を制御して、前記第1の駆動力源の回転数と前記被駆動部材の回転数との間における変速比を制御する場合に、前記歯車機構の変速比の制御と並行して前記変速機の変速比の制御を実行することにより、前記第1の駆動力源の回転数と前記被駆動部材の回転数との間における変速比の制御範囲が異なる複数の駆動モードを選択的に切り替え可能であるとともに、前記第1の駆動力源の回転数を一定に維持して前記複数の駆動モードを切り替える第1のモード切替態様を選択するモード切替態様選択手段を有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記モード切替態様選択手段は、前記第1の駆動力源の出力の高低を判断し、その判断結果に基づいて前記第1のモード切替態様を選択する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記モード切替態様選択手段は、前記第1の駆動力源の回転数を上昇させて前記複数の駆動のモードを切り替える特性を備えた第2のモード切替態様を選択可能であり、前記第1の駆動力源が高出力である場合は、前記第1のモード切替態様を選択する一方、前記第1の駆動力源が低出力である場合は、前記第2のモード切替態様を選択する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記第1の動力伝達経路に第1の変速機が設けられ、かつ、前記第2の動力伝達経路に第2の変速機が設けられており、前記第1の変速機で選択される変速比と、前記第2の変速機で選択される変速比とが異なり、前記第1の駆動力源と前記第1の回転要素との間、または前記第2の駆動力源と前記第2の回転要素との間、または前記第3の駆動力源と前記第3の回転要素との間のいずれか一箇所に第3のクラッチ機構が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2ないし10のいずれかに記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
