Claims (20)
- エンジンの動力の伝達を受ける第1軸と、
前記第1軸と一定の間隔をおいて平行に配置される第2軸と、
前記第1軸上に配置されており、第1モータ/ゼネレータと連結される第1回転要素、出力要素として作動する第2回転要素、および、前記第1軸と直接連結される第3回転要素、を保有する第1遊星ギヤセットと、
前記第2軸上に配置されており、前記第3回転要素と選択的に外接ギヤを通じて連結されると同時に第2モータ/ゼネレータと連結される第4回転要素、前記第2回転要素と外接ギヤを通じて連結されると同時に出力ギヤと連結される第5回転要素、および、変速機ハウジングと選択的に連結される第6回転要素、を保有する第2遊星ギヤセットと、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットの3つの回転要素のうちの2つの回転要素を選択的に連結する直結手段と、
前記外接ギヤを形成する複数のトランスファギヤと、
選択された回転要素を選択されたトランスファギヤに選択的に連結するか、選択された回転要素を変速機ハウジングと選択的に連結する複数の摩擦要素と、
を含んでなることを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1遊星キャリア、第3回転要素は第1リングギヤに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2遊星キャリア、第6回転要素は第2リングギヤに設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはダブルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1リングギヤ、第3回転要素は第1遊星キャリアに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2遊星キャリア、第6回転要素は第2リングギヤに設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1遊星キャリア、第3回転要素は第1リングギヤに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはダブルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2リングギヤ、第6回転要素は第2遊星キャリアに設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記直結手段は、第4回転要素と第5回転要素の間に配置される第1クラッチからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記直結手段は、第4回転要素と第6回転要素の間に配置される第1クラッチからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記直結手段は、第5回転要素と第6回転要素の間に配置される第1クラッチからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記複数のトランスファギヤは、
第2回転要素と第5回転要素の間に配置される第1トランスファギヤと、
第3回転要素と第4回転要素の間に配置される第2トランスファギヤと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記複数の摩擦要素は、
第6回転要素と変速機ハウジングの間に配置されるブレーキと、
第3回転要素と第2トランスファギヤの間に配置される第2クラッチと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記複数の摩擦要素は、
前記第6回転要素と変速機ハウジングの間に配置されるブレーキと、
前記第4回転要素と第2トランスファギヤの間に配置される第2クラッチと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記直結手段は第1クラッチを含み、前記複数の摩擦要素はブレーキおよび第2クラッチを含み、
第1EVモードではブレーキが作動し、
第2EVモードでは第1クラッチが作動し、
第1ハイブリッド運転モードではブレーキが作動し、
第2ハイブリッド運転モードでは第1クラッチが作動し、
第3ハイブリッド運転モードでは第2クラッチが作動し、
第1エンジンモードでは第2クラッチとブレーキが同時に作動し、
第2エンジンモードでは第1クラッチと第2クラッチが同時に作動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - エンジンの動力の伝達を受ける第1軸と、
前記第1軸と一定の間隔をおいて平行に配置される第2軸と、
前記第1軸上に配置されており、第1モータ/ゼネレータと連結される第1回転要素、第2回転要素、および、前記第1軸と直接連結される第3回転要素、を保有する第1遊星ギヤセットと、
前記第2軸上に配置されており、前記第3回転要素と選択的に連結されると同時に第2モータ/ゼネレータと連結される第4回転要素、前記第2回転要素と連結されると同時に出力ギヤと連結される第5回転要素、および、変速機ハウジングと選択的に連結される第6回転要素、を保有する第2遊星ギヤセットと、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットの3つの回転要素のうちの2つの回転要素を選択的に連結する第1クラッチと、
前記第2回転要素と第5回転要素の間に配置される第1トランスファギヤと、
前記第3回転要素と第4回転要素の間に配置される第2トランスファギヤと、
ブレーキと第2クラッチを含む複数の摩擦要素と、

前記第2遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2遊星キャリア、第6回転要素は第2リングギヤに設定されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1遊星キャリア、第3回転要素は第1リングギヤに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはダブルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2リングギヤ、第6回転要素は第2遊星キャリアに設定されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1クラッチは、第4回転要素と第5回転要素の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
