Abstract
【解決手段】 樹脂成形体は、互いに直交する2つの面(正面15、下面19)と当該2面に対してほぼ45°の角度をなす全反射面23を備える。一方の面には複数のコリメートレンズ16とスペーサ17が一体に形成され、他方の面にも複数のコリメートレンズ20とスペーサ21が一体に形成されている。2つの面の間においては、全反射面23の裏面側に位置するようにして肉ヌスミ26を凹設する。また、樹脂成形体の前記2面には、ガイドピンを挿入して光コネクタ等と接続するためのガイド孔18、22をあけている。

Claims (6)
- 樹脂成形体にほぼ直交する2つの面と前記2つの面に対してほぼ45°の角度をなす全反射面とを形成し、前記2つの面にそれぞれ複数のレンズを一体に設けたことを特徴とする光路変換型光結合素子。
- 前記各レンズは、ほぼ1点から出たようにして入射した光を平行光に変換させるレンズであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光路変換型光結合素子。
- 前記2つの面にそれぞれ、前記レンズの焦点距離にほぼ等しい厚みのスペーサを一体に突出させたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光路変換型光結合素子。
- 前記2つの面にそれぞれ、接続時に位置決め用として用いられる複数の孔を開口させたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光路変換型光結合素子。
- 前記樹脂成形体の、前記全反射面と反対側の部分に窪みを形成したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光路変換型光結合素子。
- 前記窪みの内面を前記全反射面と平行に形成し、前記2つの面に形成された各レンズの光軸に沿った各レンズから前記全反射面までの距離と、前記窪みの内面から前記全反射面までの距離とがほぼ等しくなるようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の光路変換型光結合素子。
