Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アルキル化され得る有機化合物を、水素添加性成分および固体酸成分を含む 触媒の存在下でアルキル化剤と反応させてアルキレートを形成させる炭化水素の アルキル化法であって、触媒は飽和炭化水素および水素を含む供給物と接触され ることにより断続的に再生工程に付され、該再生は、触媒の活性サイクルの90% 以下の時点で行われ、触媒の活性サイクルは、アルキル化剤の供給開始から、触 媒含有反応器区域の入口の濃度と比較して20%のアルキル化剤が、転化されるこ となく(分子内での異性化を計算に入れない)触媒含有反応器区域を出るときま での時間として定義される方法。 2.アルキル化され得る有機化合物がイソブタンであり、アルキル化剤がC3〜 C5アルケンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.アルキル化剤がブテンまたはブテンの混合物である、請求項2に記載の方法 。 4.再生が触媒の活性サイクルの60%以下の時点で行われる、請求項1〜3のい ずれか一つに記載の方法。 5.再生が触媒の活性サイクルの20%以下の時点で行われる、請求項4に記載の 方法。 6.触媒が少なくとも0.75mmの粒径を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記 載の方法。 7.触媒が少なくとも1.5mmの粒径を有する、請求項6に 記載の方法。 8.触媒が少なくとも2.5mmの粒径を有する、請求項7に記載の方法。 9.触媒が、2〜98重量%のマトリックス物質および残部の固体酸成分を含む担 体上に水素添加性成分を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 10.触媒担体が20〜80重量%のマトリックス物質および残部の固体酸成分を含 む、請求項9に記載の方法。 11.触媒担体が20〜50重量%のマトリックス物質および残部の固体酸成分を含 む、請求項10に記載の方法。 12.マトリックス物質がアルミナを含む、請求項9〜11のいずれか一つに記 載の方法。 13.固体酸成分がY−ゼオライトまたはゼオライトベータである、請求項1〜 12のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 14.水素添加性成分が周期表のVIII族の貴金属であり、金属として計算して0. 01〜2重量%の量で存在する、請求項1〜13のいずれかーつに記載の方法。 15.水素添加性成分が白金、パラジウムまたはそれらの混合物である、請求項 14に記載の方法。 16.再生で使用される飽和炭化水素がアルキル化され得る有機化合物である、 請求項1〜15のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 17.再生温度および/または再生圧力が各々、反応温度(℃)および反応圧力 と50%より多くは相違しない、請 求項16に記載の方法。 18.再生温度および/または再生圧力が各々、反応温度(℃)および反応圧力 と20%より多くは相違しない、請求項17に記載の方法。 19.再生が反応と実質的に同じ温度および/または圧力で行われる、請求項1 8に記載の方法。 20.再生工程の長さが反応工程の長さの0.1〜10倍である、請求項1〜19の いずれか一つに記載の方法。 21.再生工程の長さが反応工程の長さの0.5〜2倍である、請求項20に記載 の方法。 22.再生工程の前に本質的に水素およびアルキル化剤の不存在下で飽和炭化水 素を用いた洗浄工程を行い、あるいは再生工程の後に本質的に水素およびアルキ ル化剤の不存在下で飽和炭化水素を用いた洗浄工程を行い、あるいはその両方を 行う、請求項1〜21のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 23.触媒が、気相中での水素を用いた高温再生に周期的に付される、請求項1 〜22のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 24.飽和炭化水素および水素を用いた50回の再生毎に、触媒が、気相中での水 素を用いた高温再生に付される、請求項23に記載の方法。
