Claims (12)
1. Postupak proizvodnje žarenog hladno valjanog Fe-Si čeličnog lima neorijentiranog zrna, koji se sastoji od sljedećih uzastopnih koraka:
- taljenje kompozicije čelika koja, u masenom postotku, sadrži:
C ≤ 0,006
2,0 ≤ Si ≤ 5,0
0,1 ≤ Al 3,0
0,1 ≤ Mn ≤ 3,0
N ≤ 0,006
0,04≤ Sn ≤ 0,2
S ≤ 0,005
P ≤ 0,2
Ti ≤ 0,01
pri čemu su ostatak Fe i neizbježne nečistoće,
- ljevanje spomenutog rastopa u slab
- ponovno zagrijavanje spomenutog slaba na temperaturi između 1050°C i 1250°C
- vruće valjanje spomenutog slaba sa završnom temperaturom vrućeg valjanja između 750°C i 950°C da bi se dobila vruće valjana čelična traka,
- namotavanje spomenute vruće valjane čelične trake na temperaturi između 500°C i 750°C,
- žarenje spomenute vruće valjane čelične trake na temperaturi između 650°C i 950°C tijekom vrijemena od između 10s i 48 sati
- hladno valjanje vruće valjane čelične trake da bi se dobio hladno valjani čelični lim
- zagrijavanje hladno valjanog čeličnog lima do temperature progrijavanja između 850°C i 1150°C
- držanje hladno valjanog čelika na temperaturi progrijavanja tijekom vremena između 20s i 100s
- hlađenje hladno valjanog čelika do sobne temperature.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, u kojem je 2,0 ≤ Si ≤ 3,5.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, u kojem je 2,2 ≤ Si ≤ 3,3.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevima 1 ili 2, u kojem je 0,2 ≤ Al ≤ 1,5.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 4, u kojem je 0,25 ≤ Al ≤ 1,1.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, u kojem je 0,1 ≤ Mn ≤ 1,0.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, u kojem je 0,07 ≤ Sn ≤ 0,15.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 7, u kojem je 0,11 ≤ Sn ≤ 0,15.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, u kojem se žarenje tople trake izvodi na liniji za kontinualno žarenje.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, u kojem se žarenje tople trake izvodi šaržnim žarenjem.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, u kojem je temperatura progrijavanja između 900 i 1120°C.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, u kojem se dalje izvodi prevlačenje hladnovaljanog žarenog čeličnog lima.
