Claims (14)
1. Metoda za proizvodnju osnovnih vlakana sa ligninom u svrhu proizvodnje ugljičnih vlakana i/ili vlakana s aktivnim ugljikom, u kojoj
a) otopina, koja se sastoji od barem jedne vrste lignina i barem jednog polimera koji tvori vlakna odabranog iz skupine koja se sastoji od celuloze ili derivata celuloze u barem jednoj otopini, odabranoj iz skupine tercijarnih amin oksida i/ili ionskih tekućina,
b) koja se stavlja u sredstvo za zgušnjavanje u svrhu ekstruzije otopine koristeći rotirajuću mlaznicu metodom okretanja zračnog raspora, kako bi se pospješilo stvaranje osnovnog vlakna sa ligninom.
2. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je otopina korištena u fazi a) proizvedena agitacijom ili miješenjem barem jedne vrste lignina i barem jednog polimera koji tvori vlakna u barem jednoj otopini, preporučljivo pri temperaturi od 60°C ili više a posebno preporučljivo pri temperaturi od 80°C ili više.
3. Metoda prema nekom od gore navedenih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je otopina filtrirana prije uranjanja u sredstvo za zgrušavanje.
4. Metoda prema nekom od gore navedenih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je promjer rupe vrtnje rotirajuće mlaznice od 50 do 600 µm, preporučljivo 100 do 500 µm.
5. Metoda prema nekom od gore navedenih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je oblikovanje provedeno metodom okretanja zračnog raspora pri čemu je zračni raspor preporučljivo barem 10 mm i 20 mm te najviše 500 mm.
6. Metoda prema nekom od gore navedenih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je vlakno sa ligninom sukladno b)
a) istegnuto i to preporučljivo barem 1.1 puta, nadalje preporučljivo 1.1 do 12 puta, posebno preporučljivo do barem 1.5 puta, posebno preporučljivo barem do 2 puta njegove duljine, posebno pri temperaturi od najmanje 60°C, preporučljivo barem 80°C, nadalje preporučljivo na barem 90°C, posebno preporučljivo barem 100°C pri čemu se istezanje provodi po mogućnosti u talogu, zraku ili vodenoj pari,
b) oprano, preporučljivo oprano demineraliziranom vodom,
c) naknadno tretirano pomoćnim sredstvima za tekstil kako bi se poboljšala čvrstoća niti i izbjegao elektrostatski napon,
d) sušeno, posebno namatanjem vlakna na ili oko ugrijanih valjaka i/ili sušenjem prolaskom pri temperaturi od barem 80°C preporučljivo barem 100°C /ili
e) napinjanjem.
7. Metoda prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačena time da se vlakno tretira mineralnim uljem za podmazivanje prije sušenja, nakon sušenja ili i prije i nakon sušenja.
8. Metoda prema nekom od gore navedenih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je relativno prema čitavoj otopini, koncentrat
a) barem od jedne vrste lignina od 1 do 99% težine, preporučljivo od 2 do 30% težine, posebno preporučljivo od 3 do 20% težine, i/ili
b) da je barem jedan polimer koji tvori vlakno od 1 do 99% težine, preporučljivo od 5 do 40% težine, posebno preporučljivo od 7 do 30% težine.
9. Metoda prema nekom od gore navedenih zahtjeva, naznačena time da se sredstvo za zgrušnjavanje sastoji od vode ili mješavine vode i organske tekućine, kao što su polarna otapala sa slobodnim vodikom, posebice DMSO; kao što su alifatski amidi koji su tekući pri sobnoj temperaturi, posebice dimetilformamid (DMF) ili dimetilacetamid (DMAc); tercijarni amin oksidi, posebice N-metilmorfolin-N-oksid; ionske tekućine, preporučljivo ionske tekućine odabrane iz skupine koja se sastoji od spojeva imidazola, spojeva piridinija ili spojeva tetraalkalnog amonija, posebno preporučljivo 1-butil-3-metilimidazol klorid, 1-butil-3-metilimidazol acetat, 1-etil-3-metilimidazol acetat.
10. Metoda prema gore navedenom zahtjevu, naznačena time da je pH vrijednost sredstva za zgrušavanje između 1 i 7, preporučljivo između 2 i 5.
11. Metoda prema nekom od gore navedenih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je tercijarni amin oksid vodeni N-metilmorfolin-N-oksid (NMMO), posebno NMMNO monohidrat i da su ionske tekućine odabrane iz skupine koja se sastoji od spojeva imidazola, spojeva piridinija ili spojeva tetraalkalnog amonija, posebno preporučljivo 1-butil-3-metilimidazol klorida, 1-butil-3-metilimidazol acetata, 1-etil-3-metilimidazol acetata; i/ili njihovih mješavina.
12. Metoda prema nekom od gore navedenih zahtjeva, naznačena time da su celuloza i/ili derivati celuloze odabrani iz skupine koja se sastoji od celuloznog karbamata, celuloznog alofanata i hemiceluloze; i/ili njihovih mješavina ili spojeva.
13. Metoda prema nekom od gore navedenih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je da je barem jedna vrsta lignina tvorena od drva i metodama godišnjeg vađenja srčike biljkama te je posebno odabrana iz skupine koja se sastoji od alkalnog lignina, kraft lignina, lignosulfonata, tiolignina, organosolv lignina, ASAM lignina, lignina dobivenih procesima otapanja pomoću ionskih tekućina ili enzima i/ili njihovih kombinacija ili mješavina.
14. Osnovno vlakno za proizvodnju ugljičnih vlakana, naznačeno time da je
a) sadržaj barem jedne vrste lignina od 1% do 99% težine,
b) sadržaj barem jedne vrste polimera koji tvore vlakna odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od celuloze i/ili derivata celuloze od 1 do 99% težine, i
c) čvrstoće od barem 20 cN/tex i/ili
d) modula elastičnosti od barem 1,000 cN/tex, preporučljivo od barem 1,300 cN/tex.
