Dispositif d'affichage comprenant une mince couche mixte organométallique (140, 341,..) (MOML) comprenant (une matière contenant) un métal et une matière organique, et ayant une épaisseur inférieure à 175 nm. Une mince couche mixte organométallique (140, 341,..) peut être de configuration monocouche ou multicouche. Le taux de réflectance d'un dispositif peut être ajusté en faisant varier l'épaisseur de la ou des MOML et le composant métallique et sa concentration dans la ou les MOML.
