Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour le traitement d'un produit en poudre ou granulaire. Ce produit forme un lit fluidisé en vibration soutenu par une mince plaque perforée alors que du gaz est soufflé vers le haut à travers les perforations de la plaque. Cette plaque comprend, de préférence, des ondulations parallèles disposées transversalement par rapport à la direction de déplacement du produit fluidise. L'invention est, par exemple, utilisable pour le séchage de produits alimentaires.
