Abstract
Un procedimiento para preparar una resina de poliuretano termoplástico a partir de un polidieno que tenga grupos funcionales terminales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en hidroxi, amina y ácido carboxílico, al menos un diol polimérico seleccionado del grupo que consiste en poliéster-polioles, poliéter-polioles y policarbonato-polioles, un isocianato que tenga una funcionalidad promedio de dos, y un extendedor de cadena, que comprende: (a) hacer reaccionar primero el polidieno y el isocianato a 70 hasta 100°C durante 10 hasta 60 minutos, (b) añadir al producto de reacción de (a) el diol polimérico y hacer reaccionar estos componentes a 70 hasta 100°C durante 60 hasta 150 minutos para formar un prepolímero, y (c) añadir el extendedor de cadena y hacer reaccionar estos componentes a 70 hasta 125°C durante 1 hasta 24 horas para formar un poliuretano termoplástico.
