Abstract

Procedimiento para el recubrimiento resistente a la corrosión de substratos metálicos por medio de polimerización de plasma, caracterizado porque el substrato es sometido en una etapa de tratamiento previo a un alisamiento mecánico, químico y/o electroquímico y a continuación es expuesto a una temperatura inferior a 200 ºC y a una presión de 10-5 a 100 mbares a un plasma, activando la superficie en una primera etapa en un plasma reductor y separando el polímero del plasma en una segunda etapa a partir de un plasma, que contiene al menos, dado el caso, un compuesto orgánico de hidrocarburo u orgánico de silicio que se puede evaporar en las condiciones del plasma, que contiene oxígeno, nitrógeno o azufre, que pueden contener átomos de flúor.
