Claims (13)
- Plate-forme coulissante (20) dans une gaine (3) d'une installation d'ascenseur avec une protection contre les chutes (25),
la gaine (3) comporte au moins un rail de guidage (23), et la plate-forme coulissante (20) est disposée pour pouvoir coulisser à la verticale le long du rail de guidage (23),
la plate-forme coulissante (20) comporte au moins un point de suspension auquel une cabine (43) peut être suspendue, de sorte que ladite plate-forme coulissante (20) est apte à coulisser avec la cabine (43) suspendue, et
la protection contre les chutes (25) comporte au moins un parachute (26), qui est disposé sur la plate-forme coulissante (20) et qui est apte à être mis en prise avec le rail de guidage (23),
caractérisée en ce que
la protection contre les chutes (25) comporte également une tringlerie intermédiaire (46) qui peut relier un système de frein de parachute (48) de la cabine à une tringlerie de raccordement (29) de la plate-forme coulissante (20), de sorte que le système de frein de parachute (48) de la cabine (43) est apte à être mis en prise avec le rail de guidage (23) pratiquement en même temps que ou légèrement avant le parachute (26) disposé sur ladite plate-forme coulissante (20). - Plate-forme coulissante (20) selon la revendication 1, la protection contre les chutes (25) comportant également :- un composant de sécurité (27) qui est disposé le long d'une trajectoire de coulissement (S) de la plate-forme coulissante (20),- un mécanisme de blocage (28), disposé sur la plate-forme coulissante (20), qui est en prise avec le composant de sécurité (27) et qui est relié au moins indirectement au parachute (26),le mécanisme de blocage (28) bloquant ou pouvant au moins bloquer un mouvement descendant le long du composant de sécurité (27), moyennant quoi lors d'un mouvement descendant de la plate-forme coulissante (20) et d'un blocage correspondant du mécanisme de blocage (28), un mouvement relatif de ce dernier par rapport à la plate-forme coulissante (20) a lieu, et le mécanisme de blocage (28) étant relié au parachute (26) de telle sorte que lors de son mouvement relatif par rapport à la plate-forme coulissante (20), il amène le parachute (26) d'une position de repos à une position de prise avec le rail de guidage (23).
- Plate-forme coulissante selon la revendication 2,- la plate-forme coulissante (20) étant disposée pour pouvoir coulisser à la verticale le long de deux rails de guidage (23) parallèles, et comportant au moins deux parachutes (26), chaque parachute (26) pouvant coopérer avec un rail de guidage (23),- le mécanisme de blocage (28) pouvant agir par l'intermédiaire de la tringlerie de raccordement (29) sur les deux parachutes (26), ou plus, de la plate-forme coulissante (20), et- le mécanisme de blocage (28) pouvant agir par l'intermédiaire de la tringlerie intermédiaire (46), apte à être reliée à la tringlerie de raccordement (29), sur le système de frein de parachute (48) de la cabine.
- Plate-forme coulissante selon la revendication 3,
les deux parachutes (26), ou plus, de la plate-forme coulissante (20) étant reliés à l'aide d'une tringlerie de liaison (31), de sorte qu'ils sont aptes à être actionnés pratiquement ensemble, et la tringlerie de liaison (31) étant commandée par la tringlerie de raccordement (29). - Plate-forme coulissante selon la revendication 3 ou 4,
la tringlerie de raccordement (29) comporte un mécanisme de transformation de vitesse qui transforme la vitesse du mouvement relatif entre le mécanisme de blocage (28) et la plate-forme coulissante (20) de sorte qu'une distance d'actionnement jusqu'à la prise du parachute (26) de la plate-forme coulissante (20) et du système de frein de parachute (48) de la cabine avec le rail de guidage (23) est raccourcie. - Plate-forme coulissante selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5,
la tringlerie de raccordement (29) étant maintenue à l'aide d'un ressort de rappel (30) dans une position d'attente, la position d'attente de la tringlerie de raccordement (29) correspondant à la position de repos du parachute (26). - Plate-forme coulissante selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6,
la tringlerie de raccordement (29) comportant un réglage de course (36), et ce réglage de course (36) pouvant régler la position de repos du parachute (26), de sorte qu'au besoin, une distance d'actionnement nécessaire de la position de repos du parachute (26) jusqu'à la prise du parachute (26) avec le rail de guidage (23) peut être préréglée. - Plate-forme coulissante selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7,
le mécanisme de blocage (28) étant apte à être manoeuvré, de sorte qu'une fonction de blocage peut être au moins temporairement interrompue. - Plate-forme coulissante selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8,
le composant de sécurité (27) étant constitué par un câble de sécurité (27a) qui s'étend sur au moins la distance de coulissement (S) de la plate-forme coulissante (20), et le mécanisme de blocage (28) étant conçu comme un mécanisme de blocage de câble de sécurité qui entoure le câble de sécurité (27a), ou le composant de sécurité (27) étant constitué par le rail de guidage (23), qui est utilisé en même temps pour le guidage de la plate-forme coulissante (20), et le mécanisme de blocage (28) étant conçu pour coopérer avec une aile du rail de guidage (23). - Plate-forme coulissante selon l'une des revendications 3 à 9,
la protection contre les chutes (25) étant pourvue d'un dispositif d'avertissement (37) qui indique une position de repos ou d'attente de la tringlerie de raccordement (29). - Plate-forme coulissante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
la plate-forme coulissante (20) comportant des dispositifs de pose (38) à l'aide desquels la plate-forme coulissante (20) peut être immobilisée dans la gaine (3) à des endroits prédéfinis, ladite plate-forme coulissante (20) comportant au moins un entraînement d'ascenseur (39) qui est utilisé pour entraîner un ascenseur avec au moins une cabine (43), et
la protection contre les chutes (25) protégeant contre les chutes la plate-forme coulissante (20) avec l'entraînement d'ascenseur (39), au moins lors du coulissement de ladite plate-forme coulissante (20) d'une position d'utilisation temporaire basse (3u) jusqu'à une position d'utilisation haute (3o). - Procédé pour protéger une plate-forme coulissante (20) dans une gaine (3) d'une installation d'ascenseur, la plate-forme coulissante (20) étant disposée pour pouvoir coulisser à la verticale le long d'un rail de guidage (23), et une cabine (43) pouvant être suspendue au moins temporairement à ladite plate-forme coulissante (20) par l'intermédiaire d'un point de suspension, de sorte que la plate-forme (20) est apte à coulisser avec la cabine (43) suspendue, le procédé comportant les étapes qui consistent à :- disposer un composant de sécurité (27) dans la gaine (3) de l'installation d'ascenseur de telle sorte que ledit composant de sécurité (27) s'étende au moins sur une distance de coulissement (S) prévue de la plate-forme coulissante (20),- accoupler au composant de sécurité (27) un mécanisme de blocage (28) disposé sur la plate-forme coulissante (20), lequel mécanisme de blocage (28) est relié à un parachute (26) de ladite plate-forme coulissante (20),- régler le mécanisme de blocage (28) de telle sorte qu'un mouvement montant dudit mécanisme de blocage (28) le long du composant de sécurité (27) soit possible et qu'un mouvement descendant dudit mécanisme de blocage (28) le long du composant de sécurité (27) soit bloqué,- relier un système de frein de parachute (48) de la cabine au mécanisme de blocage (28) de telle sorte que ledit système de frein de parachute (48) de la cabine (43) puisse être mis en prise avec le rail de guidage (23) pratiquement en même temps que ou légèrement avant le parachute (26) disposé sur ladite plate-forme coulissante (20),- actionner le système de frein de parachute (48) de la cabine (43) et le parachute (26) de la plate-forme coulissante (20) comme conséquence d'un mouvement relatif entre le mécanisme de blocage (28) et la plate-forme coulissante (20), grâce au fait que le système de frein de parachute (48) et le parachute (26), à partir d'une position de repos, sont mis en prise avec le rail de guidage (23) par le mouvement relatif du mécanisme de blocage (28).
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, comportant l'étape supplémentaire qui consiste à :- désactiver manuellement une fonction de blocage du mécanisme de blocage (28) ou la liaison de celui-ci avec le système de frein de parachute (48) et avec le parachute (26), de telle sorte que la plate-forme coulissante (20) puisse être abaissée au moins d'une distance de pose prédéfinie, sans mettre le système de frein de parachute (48) ou le parachute (26) en prise avec le rail de guidage (23).
