Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble condenseur de fluide frigorigène destiné au système de climatisation d'un véhicule automobile, comprenant des tubes réfrigérants permettant le passage d'un fluide frigorigène, deux tubes collecteurs assurant la communication fluidique avec les tubes réfrigérants, un réservoir collecteur (6) ayant une paroi supérieure (21), une paroi inférieure (22) et une paroi latérale (20) ainsi qu'un orifice d'entrée (18) pour l'introduction du fluide frigorigène dans le réservoir collecteur (6) et un orifice de sortie (19) pour l'évacuation du fluide frigorigène hors du réservoir collecteur (6), de sorte que le réservoir collecteur (6) est en communication fluidique avec le tube collecteur et/ou les tubes réfrigérants par l'orifice d'entrée et de sortie (18, 19). Le réservoir collecteur (6) comprend une chambre de sortie (24) et un tube montant (25), l'ouverture de sortie (19) débouche dans la chambre de sortie (24), la chambre de sortie (24) est raccordée au tube montant (25) et une chambre d'accumulation (28) du fluide frigorigène est réalisée à l'intérieur du réservoir collecteur (6) et à l'extérieur de la chambre de sortie (24) et à l'extérieur du tube montant (25). Le réservoir collecteur (6) comprend de préférence une chambre d'entrée (26) et un tube descendant (27), l'ouverture d'entrée (18) débouche dans la chambre d'entrée (26), la chambre d'entrée (26) est connectée au tube descendant (27) et la chambre d'accumulation (28) est réalisée à l'extérieur de la chambre d'entrée (26) et à l'extérieur du tube descendant (27). Les tubes réfrigérants présentent une zone de surchauffe pour le refroidissement du fluide frigorigène sous forme de vapeur, une zone de condensation pour la condensation du fluide frigorigène et une zone de sous-refroidissement pour le refroidissement du fluide frigorigène liquide, la zone de sous-refroidissement étant réalisée au-dessus de la zone de surchauffe et au-dessus de la zone de condensation. L'invention vise à réduire dans le réservoir collecteur (6) la quantité de fluide frigorigène présente dans les espaces d'écoulement. Cet objectif est atteint en ce que la hauteur de la chambre d'accumulation (28) est supérieure à la distance entre la paroi inférieure (22) et l'orifice d'entrée et/ou de sortie (18, 19).
