Claims (11)
- Boîte d'emballage comportant une boîte pliante externe (1) et une boîte pliante interne (2) qui entoure un conteneur interne en film, dans lequel la boîte pliante interne (2) est liée de façon adhésive au moyen de l'une de ses parois de corps de boîte (14) à une paroi de corps de boîte adjacente (6) de la boîte pliante externe (1), caractérisée en ce que la boîte pliante externe (1) et la boîte pliante interne (2) entourent le conteneur interne en film essentiellement complètement, en ce que la boîte pliante interne (2) et la boîte pliante externe (1) comportent chacune des abattants (35, 36, 37, 38 et 27, 28, 29, 30 respectivement), lesquels sont fixés d'une façon pliable aux bords supérieurs (31, 32, 33, 34 et 23, 24, 25, 26 respectivement) de leurs parois de corps de boîte (13, 14, 15, 16 et 5, 6, 7, 8 respectivement), et en ce que les bords supérieurs (31, 33) des deux parois de corps de boîte (13, 15) de la boîte pliante interne (2), lesquels s'étendent à l'opposé l'un de l'autre et sont chacun munis d'un abattant (35, 37), laquelle boîte est fixée d'une façon pliable, sont agencés plus bas que les bords supérieurs (23, 24, 25, 26) des parois de corps de boîte (5, 6, 7, 8) de la boîte pliante externe (1).
- Boîte d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les abattants (35, 37) de la boîte pliante interne (2) sont angulés dans la boîte d'emballage terminée.
- Boîte d'emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les parois de corps de boîte (13, 14, 15, 16) de la boîte pliante interne (2) sont connectées les unes aux autres d'une façon pliable au niveau des bords de corps (17, 18, 19, 20) via des pontages de boîte (46), chacun réalisant un pontage d'une fente de bord (47).
- Boîte d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la boîte pliante interne (2) est liée de façon adhésive au moyen d'une paroi de corps de boîte supplémentaire à une paroi de corps de boîte adjacente de la boîte pliante externe (1).
- Boîte d'emballage selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un abattant (28), lequel comporte une ouverture d'accès ouvrable (44) pour la fermeture de retrait (3), laquelle fermeture est agencée au-dessous de celle ci, de la poche interne en film (4), est fixé de façon pliable à la paroi de corps de boîte (6), laquelle est liée de façon adhésive à la boîte pliante interne (2), de la boîte pliante externe (1).
- Boîte d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le conteneur interne en film est constitué par une poche interne en film flexible (4) munie d'une fermeture de retrait.
- Boîte d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la boîte pliante interne (2) et la boîte pliante externe (1) sont chacune formées à partir d'une gaine pliante de boîte (48 et 49 respectivement), dont chacune comporte une liaison adhésive (22 et 21 respectivement) dans une paroi de corps de boîte (16 et 8 respectivement).
- Boîte d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la boîte pliante interne (2) et la boîte pliante externe (1) comportent chacune des abattants de base (41 et 42 respectivement) fixés d'une façon pliable aux bords inférieurs (39, 40) de leurs parois de corps de boîte (13, 14, 15, 16 et 5, 6, 7, 8 respectivement).
- Boîte d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la boîte pliante interne (2) et la boîte pliante externe (1) sont chacune constituées par une découpe de boîte séparée.
- Boîte d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la boîte pliante interne (2) et la boîte pliante externe (1) sont constituées par une découpe de boîte jointe.
- Unité de boîte préfabriquée pour la production de boîte d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une gaine pliante de boîte interne pliée à plat (48) est agencée dans une gaine pliante de boîte externe pliée à plat (49), dans laquelle au moins une paroi de corps de boîte (14) de la gaine pliante de boîte interne (48) est liée de façon adhésive à une paroi de corps de boîte adjacente (6) de la gaine pliante de boîte externe (49).
