- the treatment stations are arranged distributed at equal angular intervals around the vertical axis of the machine. Since the treatment of the container takes place during the rotational movement of the rotor between the container inlet and the container outlet, for the treatment is basically only an angular range less than 360 ° of the rotational movement of the rotor available, i. even with optimized conditions, this angular range is approximately on the order of 330 °.
- this document proposes that the usual in container filling ring machines can also be replaced by central boiler, the DE 37 03 151 A but still provides for each of the existing levels a separate Gregutkessel. Furthermore, this document also discloses no proposal to compensate for the filling time of a container affecting different geodetic heights of the individual levels.
- the object of the invention is to show a treatment machine that allows for a compact design and small footprint treatment of containers with high performance, namely at a reliable construction design.
- a treatment machine according to the patent claim 1 is formed.
- a special feature of the invention is that the treatment stations are not provided on the at least one, around the vertical axis of the machine driven rotary rotor, as in conventional treatment machines, in a single treatment level or floor, but in at least two treatment levels, in the vertical direction ie offset from each other in the axial direction of the machine axis, i. are arranged one above the other.
- a container inlet and a container outlet are provided, which are then also the different treatment levels offset in the vertical direction against each other, for example, such that all container inlets and all container outlets are arranged directly above each other in the vertical direction and thus of a common Transport and / or transfer element, for example, can be formed by a common transport star arrangement, are provided at the corresponding levels in the treatment levels container recordings.
- the invention provides i.a. the advantage that by treating the container in several treatment levels or floors high performance with a compact design of the treatment machine and in particular at acceptable rotor diameter is possible, and that in particular the individual treatment levels and the local treatment stations and the container entrances and outlets in one already proven technology can be performed.

- the individual treatment levels and the filling stations there as well as the container inlets and outlets assigned to the treatment levels as well as capping machines can be executed in an already proven technology.
- the containers are the filling machine or the plant having this filling machine according to the different treatment levels already supplied in different, staggered in the vertical direction levels and also dissipated in different, staggered in the vertical direction levels from the filling machine and from the machine having this system.
- the necessary splitting or merging of the container flow in the different levels or from the different levels takes place outside the filling machine, which u.a. provides a simplified and very reliable construction for this machine.
- 1 is a plant for filling containers 2 in the form of bottles, which in the illustrated embodiment are made of plastic (for example PET) and are made on their bottle or container neck below the container mouth 2.1 with a projecting container flange 2.2.
- plastic for example PET
- the plant 1 is used specifically for filling the container 2 with a liquid product and for subsequent closure of these containers 2.
- the plant 1 has for this purpose, inter alia, a filling machine 3 and two capping machines 4 and 5.
- the filling of the container 2 takes place simultaneously in two vertically superposed treatment levels E1 and E2.
- the containers 2 are fed to a container inlet formed by a transport star arrangement 8 in each case as a single-lane container flow via two transporters 6 and 7 in different staggered directions in the vertical direction and corresponding to the treatment planes E1 and E2. to Clarification, the two transporters 6 and 7 in the FIG.
- the transporters 6 and 7 are arranged one above the other, for example, in the vertical direction, wherein the transporter 6 of the upper Treatment level E1 and the feed dog 7 of the lower treatment level E2 is assigned.
- the transport star arrangement 8 is u.a. of two arranged in the vertical direction and about a common vertical axis circumferentially driven transport stars 9 and 10, of which the transport star 9 of the upper treatment level E1 and the transport star 10 of the lower treatment level E2 is assigned.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- in schematischer Darstellung und in Draufsicht eine Anlage zum Füllen und Verschließen von Behältern in Form von Flaschen;
- Fig. 2
- in schematischer Darstellung zwei, in unterschiedlichen Behandlungsebenen an einem Rotor angeordnete Füllstationen, zusammen mit jeweils einem Behälter;
