Claims (9)

  1. Métier à tisser à insertion pneumatique de fil de trame comportant :
    - un peigne (12) auquel est associé un dispositif de guidage (42) avec un canal de guidage (40) pour un fil de trame (10),
    le canal de guidage (40) pouvant pivoter avec le peigne (12) entre une position d'insertion et une position de battage des fils de trame (10),
    - un dispositif d'insertion de trame (8), fixe, ayant au moins deux buses (22), associé au canal de guidage (40) en position d'insertion, et
    - des ciseaux (46), en position fixe, pour couper le fil de trame (10) inséré,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les buses (22) sont montées pivotantes dans la direction transversale (Q) par rapport aux ciseaux (46), et elles sont reliées au dispositif d'entraînement (28) à moteur qui déplace les buses (22) par rapport aux ciseaux (46).
  2. Métier à tisser selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'entraînement (28) est réalisé pour que la coupe d'un fil de trame (10) une fois introduit se fasse dans la zone de l'arête de battage (14) de la bande de matière (16).
  3. Métier à tisser selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'entraînement (28) est réalisé pour aligner chaque fois, au moins sensiblement de façon coaxiale, une buse (22) dans la direction transversale (Q) par rapport au canal de guidage (40).
  4. Métier à tisser selon les revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les buses (22) sont montées pivotantes et susceptibles d'être entraînées aussi dans le sens de la hauteur (H) transversalement par rapport à la direction transversale (Q).
  5. Métier à tisser selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les buses (22) sont reliées à un autre dispositif d'entraînement à moteur (34) pour le sens de la hauteur (H), qui permet d'aligner l'une des buses (22) dans le sens de la hauteur (H) par rapport au canal de guidage (40).
  6. Métier à tisser selon les revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif d'introduction de trame (8) comporte plusieurs buses (22) installées dans la direction transversale (Q) et dans le sens de la hauteur (H).
  7. Métier à tisser selon les revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les dispositifs d'entraînement à moteur (28, 34) comportent chacun un servomoteur, un moteur à courant continu ou un moteur à courant alternatif.
  8. Métier à tisser selon les revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    il comporte un dispositif de commande (50) pour la commande aux motifs, et ce dispositif est relié à chaque dispositif d'entraînement à moteur (28, 34) pour sa commande.
  9. Métier à tisser selon les revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif de commande (50) est réalisé pour qu'en cas de rupture, le fil de trame (10) ne soit pas déplacé jusque dans les ciseaux (46).
