Claims (6)
- Dispositif pneumatique pour la formation d'une lisière dans des métiers à tisser, comportant une aiguille (11) de formation d'une lisière, pour l'insertion dans une foule de tissage ultérieure d'une extrémité (21a) d'un fil de trame située à l'extérieur d'une foule de tissage (31), comportant un support (54) présentant un interstice (55), tandis qu'une buse de reprise (44) et une buse d'enfilage (41) sont disposées dans le support (54), la buse de reprise (44) agissant sur le fil de trame (21) en vue de retenir l'extrémité (21a) du fil de trame, et la buse d'enfilage (41) servant à enfiler l'extrémité (21a) du fil de trame dans un oeillet de l'aiguille (11) de formation d'une lisière, les deux buses (44, 41) présentant chacune un canal d'écoulement débouchant dans l'interstice (55), et un canal de reprise respectif (42, 45) étant disposé dans le support (54), aligné axialement sur le canal d'écoulement respectif des buses (44, 41) disposé sur le côté opposé de l'interstice (55), de telle sorte qu'entre la buse d'enfilage (41) et le canal de reprise (42) un premier écoulement d'air soit créé et qu'entre la buse de reprise (44) et le canal de reprise (45) un second écoulement d'air soit créé, caractérisé en ce que l'axe du premier écoulement d'air, formé par la buse de reprise (44) et le canal d'écoulement (45), et l'axe du second écoulement d'air, formé par la buse d'enfilage (41) et le canal de reprise (42), se croisent.
- Dispositif pneumatique pour la formation d'une lisière selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux axes des écoulements d'air sont situés dans un plan.
- Dispositif pneumatique pour la formation d'une lisière selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les axes des deux écoulements d'air sont situés dans deux plans parallèles décalés.
- Dispositif pneumatique pour la formation d'une lisière selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures des deux canaux de reprise (42, 45) situées dans l'interstice (55) du support (54) sont opposées et se recouvrent.
- Métier à tisser exploité avec un dispositif pneumatique pour la formation d'une lisière selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Métier à tisser selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la buse de reprise (44) ainsi que la buse d'enfilage (41) sont disposées sur un support (54) commun pouvant se déplacer en va-et-vient dans la direction de la chaîne, sous une commande rythmée par le déroulement du travail du métier à tisser, ce support amenant les buses (41, 44) sur le bord du tissu, pour l'enfilage du fil de trame (21) dans un oeillet (14) ou dans un crochet de l'aiguille (11) de formation d'une lisière.
