Claims (21)
- Combinaison d'un connecteur enfichable en forme de U (1) en matière plastique, destiné à assembler des profilés creux, et d'un profilé creux, en particulier d'un profilé creux d'espacement en métal, matière plastique ou analogue, en particulier pour des vitrages isolants multicouches, le connecteur enfichable (1) étant pourvu sur ses branches latérales (3) de lamelles (6) dirigées vers l'extérieur, inclinées vers l'arrière à l'encontre du sens d'enfichage, caractérisée en ce que le connecteur enfichable (1) est réalisé dans la zone de sa surface de fond (2) et dans la zone de ses branches latérales (3) de façon à pouvoir être inséré par complémentarité de forme dans un profilé creux et en ce qu'au moins une barrière (11) est disposée entre les branches latérales (3), laquelle peut s'appliquer par complémentarité de forme sur le profilé creux en face de la surface de fond (2).
- Combinaison selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que des butées (7, 8) sont prévues sur le connecteur enfichable (1), qui déterminent une longueur d'enfichage dans les profilés creux à assembler.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les butées (7, 8) sont disposées dans la zone du milieu de l'extension longitudinale du connecteur enfichable (1).
- Combinaison selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que les butées (7, 8) sont prévues sur les côtés extérieurs (5) des branches latérales (3).
- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un élément de compensation élastique (9) est prévu sur le connecteur enfichable (1) dans la zone des butées (7, 8).
- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un élément d'étanchéité (10) est prévu au moins entre deux lamelles (6) juxtaposées.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (10) est réalisé sous la forme d'un renfort entre deux lamelles (6, 6a, 6b) juxtaposées.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins deux éléments d'étanchéité (10) sont prévus sur chaque bord extérieur longitudinal (5), un élément d'étanchéité (10) étant prévu pour chaque sens d'enfichage.
- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la surface de fond (2) présente au moins un percement (4).
- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la barrière (11) est réalisée sous la forme d'une paroi qui se dresse sur la surface de fond (2) et s'étend entre les deux branches latérales (3).
- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la barrière (11) présente une coupe transversale trapézoïdale.
- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la barrière (11) est réalisée élastique au moins dans sa zone supérieure.
- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la barrière (11) présente au moins une lèvre d'étanchéité à son extrémité supérieure.
- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la barrière (11) dépasse les branches latérales (3).
- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des renforts sont prévus sur le connecteur enfichable (1) au moins dans la zone inférieure de la barrière (11).
- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une barrière (11) est prévue pour chaque sens d'enfichage du connecteur enfichable (1).
- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la barrière est chaque fois disposée entre deux percements de la surface de fond.
- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les branches latérales (3) sont réalisées adaptées au contour du profilé creux à assembler au moins dans la zone supérieure.
- Combinaison selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les branches latérales (3) sont réalisées chanfreinées vers l'intérieur dans la zone supérieure sur le côté extérieur (5).
- Combinaison selon la revendication 18 ou 19, caractérisée en ce que les branches extérieures (3) présentent dans la zone supérieure des lamelles (14) dirigées vers l'extérieur, qui peuvent s'appliquer sur le côté intérieur du profilé creux.
- Combinaison selon la revendication 20, caractérisée en ce que les lamelles (14) sont dirigées vers l'arrière dans le sens d'enfichage.
