Claims (14)
- Elément (1) de liaison par emboîtement, doté d'une section transversale en U ou en forme de coffret, réalisé en tant qu'élément de liaison rectiligne, oblique, d'angle ou de croisement et destiné à des profilés creux d'espacement pour vitrages isolants, comprenant une partie de fond (2) et
deux bords latéraux longitudinaux conçus sous la forme d'ailes (3, 4) se dressant à partir dudit fond (2),
ladite partie de fond (2) formant le corps dudit élément de liaison (1) en association avec lesdits bords latéraux longitudinaux, sachant que des lamelles (5) de réalisation inclinée ou cintrée, de préférence élastiquement déformables, faisant saillie vers l'extérieur et affectées à chaque tronçon emboîtable, sont disposées sur lesdits bords longitudinaux, l'inclinaison ou le cintrage pointant vers l'arrière dans la direction d'emboîtement, caractérisé par le fait
que des zones surélevées (9) sont prévues dans la région des extrémités des ailes (3, 4) qui sont tournées à l'opposé du fond ; et par le fait que lesdites zones surélevées (9) se présentent comme des membrures longitudinales dont les extrémités offrent une réalisation biseautée. - Elément de liaison par emboîtement, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les zones surélevées (9) se trouvent sur les bords des ailes (3, 4) qui sont tournés à l'opposé du fond (2).
- Elément de liaison par emboîtement, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les zones surélevées (9) sont situées sur les lamelles (5) en saillie vers l'extérieur, et/ou à la transition entre les ailes (3, 4) et lesdites lamelles (5).
- Elément de liaison par emboîtement, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les membrures latérales longitudinales (3, 4) sont réalisées avec amenuisement à partir du fond (2).
- Elément de liaison par emboîtement, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la transition entre le fond (2) et les ailes (3, 4) est de réalisation arrondie, au moins dans l'espace interne dudit élément (1) de liaison par emboîtement.
- Elément de liaison par emboîtement, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les bords des lamelles (5), tournés à l'opposé des ailes (3, 4), offrent une réalisation biseautée ; et/ou par le fait que lesdites lamelles (5) présentent, par rapport à la largeur dudit élément de liaison, une plus grande étendue à la hauteur de l'extrémité libre desdites ailes qu'en direction du fond (2).
- Elément de liaison par emboîtement, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les lamelles (5) n'occupent qu'une partie de l'étendue en hauteur des ailes.
- Elément de liaison par emboîtement, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que des lèvres d'étanchement (8) sont prévues à la face extérieure, dans la région de la transition entre le fond (2) et les ailes (3, 4), lesdites lèvres pouvant être adaptées à la configuration d'un profilé creux d'espacement.
- Elément de liaison par emboîtement, selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que les lèvres d'étanchement (8) font partie intégrante de lamelles individuelles.
- Elément de liaison par emboîtement, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'un dispositif (11) de support et/ou de stabilisation est prévu entre les deux ailes (3, 4), dans la région des extrémités libres desdites ailes (3, 4), de préférence dans la région du centre de l'étendue longitudinale dudit élément (1) de liaison par emboîtement.
- Elément de liaison par emboîtement, selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif (11) de support et/ou de stabilisation est réalisé sous la forme d'un treillage, d'un assemblage d'entretoisement, ou d'une structure analogue.
- Elément de liaison par emboîtement, selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif (11) de support et/ou de stabilisation est placé au-dessous de la hauteur maximale dudit élément (1) de liaison par emboîtement.
- Elément de liaison par emboîtement, selon la revendication 10, 11 ou 12, caractérisé par le fait qu'un dispositif d'étanchement (13), conçu pour assurer l'étanchéité de la zone de jonction des extrémités des profilés creux d'espacement devant être reliées, est implanté sur le dispositif (11) de support et/ou de stabilisation.
- Elément de liaison par emboîtement, selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que des butées d'emboîtement (6) sont disposées dans la région du centre de l'étendue longitudinale dudit élément de liaison (1), lesdites butées d'emboîtement (6) pouvant être prévues sur les faces extérieures des membrures latérales (3, 4).
