Description
Eine solche Ausgestaltung einer Brems-und Halteeinrichtung kann nur bei Scharnieren aus einem Kunststoffmaterial angewendet werden und ist ferner nur für verhältnismäßig leichte Türen oder Klappen, beispielsweise an Möbeln, verwendbar.

In der gezeigten Ausführungsform ist die Buchse 19 als Kragenbuchse ausgeführt, wobei sie mit ihrem Kragen 27 zwischen die radiale Ausladung 9 des Scharnierstiftes 3 und die innenliegende Gewerbefläche 28 des Scharnierauges 10 der anderen Scharnierhälfte eingreift. Zur insbesondere formschlüssigen Festlegung der Buchse 19 gegenüber dem Scharnierauge 10 ist im Scharnierauge 10 eine radial gerichtete Ausnehmung 29 vorgesehen, in welche ein Teilbereich 30 des Kragens 27 der Buchse eingeklinkt werden kann, vorzugsweise unter gleichzeitiger induktiver Erwärmung .
Claims (6)
- Mit einer integrierten Brems- und Halteeinrichtung ausgestattetes Türschamier, insbesondere Kraftwagentürscharnier derjenigen Bauart, bei welcher der die beiden Scharnierhälften (1, 2) schwenkbar miteinander ver bindende, aus einem Vollmaterial bestehende Scharnierstift (3) in dem oder den Scharnieraugen (10) der einen Scharnierhälfte (1) drehsicher festgesetzt ist und mit wenigstens einem der Scharnieraugen (10) der anderen Scharnierhälfte (2), in welcher er mit Laufsitz gelagert ist, zumindest abschnittsweise vermittels wechselweise am Scharnierstift (3) und im Scharnierauge (10) ausgebildeter, zur Scharnierachse (24) radial ausladender Ausformungen vorzugsweise stufenlos bremskrafterzeugend zusammenwirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in wenigstens einem der Scharnieraugen (10) der anderen Scharnierhälfte (2), in welcher der Scharnierstift (3) mit Laufsitz gelagert ist, eine zur Scharnierachse (24) konzentrische Bohrung (18) mit einer Buchse (19) ausgekleidet ist, der einen zu seinem freien Ende hin einen stufenförmig abnehmenden Durchmesser aufweisender Scharnierstift (3) in der Buchse (19) aufgenommen ist, und die Buchse (19) in einem gegenüber der gesamten Scharnieraugenhöhe eine geringere Höhe aufweisenden Abschnitt eine bezüglich der Scharnierachse (24) radial gerichtete Ausformung (26) aufweist, der ein entsprechender eine kreisrunde Querschnittsform aufweisender Längenabschnitt des Scharnierstiftes (3) mit einer komplementären radialen Ausladung (23) in der Weise zugeordnet ist, dass in der Buchse (19) die zur Scharnierachse (24) achsparallel, radial versetzte Ausformung (26) und am Scharnierstift (3) ein der Scharnierachse (24) gegenüber entsprechend achsparallel, radial versetzter, eine kreisrunde Querschnittsform aufweisender Längenabschnitt vorgesehen sind. - Türscharnier nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der achsparallel, radial versetzte Längenabschnitt (23) des Scharnierstiftes (3) eine Zylinderform aufweist. - Türschamier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (19) bezüglich ihrer radial versetzten Ausformung (26) kraft- und/oder formschlüssig in einer dem gewollten Beginn der Brems- oder Haltekraft entsprechenden Relativlage zum radial versetzten Längenabschnitt (23) des Scharnierstiftes (3) im Scharnierauge (10) festgelegt ist. - Türschamier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur drehsicheren Festlegung der Buchse (19) das die Buchse (19) aufnehmende Scharnierauge (10) mit einer Ausnehmung (29) und die Buchse (19) mit einem komplementär gestalteten, verformbaren Bereich, insbesondere einem radial ausladenden Kragen (29), versehen ist, welcher mit der Ausnehmung (29) des Scharnierauges (10) in formschlüssigen Eingriff bringbar ist. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mit einer integrierten Brems- und Halteeinrichtung ausgestatteten Türscharnieres, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Scharnierhälften (1, 2) hergestellt und die eine Scharnierhälfte (1) der beiden Scharnierhälften (1, 2) mit der in einem vorausgehenden Arbeitsgang mit der die zur Erzeugung einer Brems- und Haltekraft geeigneten radialen Ausladung (23) ausgestatteten Scharnierstift (3), die andere der beiden Scharnierhälften (1, 2) mit der dem Scharnierstift (3) gegenüber ein Übermaß aufweisenden, insbesondere zylindrischen Scharnieraugenbohrung (18) ausgestattet wird und dass in einem weiteren Arbeitsgang die mit der zur radialen Ausladung (23) des Scharnierstiftes (3) komplementären radialen Ausformung (26) versehene Buchse (19) hergestellt und zunächst lose in die Scharnieraugenbohrung (18) der anderen Scharnierhälfte (2) eingesetzt wird in einem weiteren Verfahrensschritt der mit der einen Scharnierhälfte (1) drehsicher verbundene Scharnierstift (3) in die Buchse (18) eingeführt und dieser gegenüber bis zum Einsetzen einer Brems- und/oder Haltekraft verdreht wird und dass schließlich die Buchse (18) in einer dem einen bestimmten Türöffnungswinkel zugeordneten, beabsichtigten Einsetzen der Brems- oder Haltekraft entsprechenden Verdrehlage im Scharnierauge (10) der anderen Scharnierhälfte (2) festgelegt wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines mit einer integrierten Brems- und Halteeinrichtung ausgestatteten Türscharnieres nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 bei welchem nacheinander zwei Scharnierhälften (1, 2) hergestellt und die eine der beiden Scharnierhälften (1, 2) mit dem in einem vorausgehenden Arbeitsgang mit der zur Erzeugung einer Brems- und Haltekraft geeigneten radialen Ausladung ausgestatteten Scharnierstift (3), die andere der beiden Scharnierhälften (1, 2) mit der dem Scharnierstift (3) gegenüber ein Übermaß aufweisenden, insbesondere zylindrischen Scharnieraugenbohrung (18) ausgestattet wird und dass in einem weiteren Arbeitsgang die mit der zur radialen Ausladung des Scharnierstiftes (3) komplementären radialen Ausformung versehene Buchse hergestellt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchse (19) auf den Scharnierstift (3) aufgesetzt und diesem gegenüber bis zum Beginn einer Brems- oder Haltekraft verdreht sowie anschließend in dieser Relativlage zum Scharnierstift (3) in die Scharnieraugenbohrung (18) der anderen Scharnierhälfte (1) in einem dem einen bestimmten Türöffnungswinkel zugeordneten, beabsichtigten Beginn einer Brems- und/oder Haltekraft entsprechenden Stellung ausgerichtet ist.
