Claims (6)
- Federkraftklemmanschluß mit einem Stromschienenstück und einer Blattfeder zum Anschluß eines elektrischen Leiters,das Stromschienenstück ist aus einem flachen Material gefertigt und besitzt eine Leiterdurchstecköffnung in Form eines viereckigen Materialdurchzugs, der einen in Leiterdurchsteckrichtung sich erstreckenden Lochkragen besitzt,die Blattfeder besitzt einen Klemmschenkel, dessen Ende in den Durchzug eintaucht derart, daß er mit einer Lochkrageninnenwandfläche des Materialdurchzugs eine Klemmstelle für den elektrischen Leiter bildet,daß an der Lochkrageninnenwandfläche (15), die mit dem Klemmschenkelende die Klemmstelle bildet, eine gegen den elektrischen Leiter (23) vorstehende und quer zur Leiterdurchsteckrichtung sich erstreckende Querkante (22) vorhanden istund daß der Klemmschenkel der Blattfeder derart bemessen und geformt ist, daß die endseitige Klemmkante (21) des Klemmschenkelendes in der Position der Klemmung des elektrischen Leiters in etwa der an der Lochkrageninnenwandfläche vorhandenen Querkante gegenüberliegt.
- Federkraftklemmanschluß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die an der Lochkrageninnenwandfläche (15) vorhandene Querkante durch die in Leiterdurchsteckrichtung untere Randkante (22) des Lochkragens des Materialdurchzugs gebildet ist, die zu diesem Zweck gegen den zu klemmenden elektrischen Leiter vorgestellt ist. - Federkraftklemmanschluß nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Lochkrageninnenwandfläche des Bereichs des Lochkragens, dessen Randkante (22) mit dem Klemmschenkelende der Blattfeder die Klemmstelle bildet, als eine mit weichen Übergängen stoßfrei geformte Schrägfläche (15) ausgebildet ist. - Federkraftklemmanschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Blattfeder im wesentlichen U-förmig gebogen ist und an ihrem den Klemmschenkel entgegengesetzten Ende einen Anlageschenkel (19) besitzt, der sich mit dem Klemmschenkel (20) der Blattfeder in denselben Materialdurchzug des Stromschienenstücks hineinerstreckt und der an der Lochkrageninnenwandfläche (14) anliegt, die der Lochkrageninnenwandfläche (15), die die Klemmstelle bildet, gegenüberliegt. - Federkraftklemmanschluß mit einem Stromschienenstück und einer Blattfeder zum Anschluß eines elektrischen Leiters,das Stromschienenstück ist aus einem flachen Material gefertigt und besitzt eine Leiterdurchstecköffnung in Form eines viereckigen Materialdurchzugs, der einen in Leiterdurchsteckrichtung sich erstreckenden Lochkragen besitzt,die Blattfeder besitzt einen Klemmschenkel, dessen Ende in den Durchzug eintaucht derart, daß er mit einer Lochkrageninnenwandfläche des Materialdurchzugs eine Klemmstelle für den elektrischen Leiter bildet,daß sich bei unbelegter und geschlossener Klemmstelle ein endseitiges Teilstück (25) des Klemmschenkels der Blattfeder innerhalb der Kontur des Materialdurchzugs befindet, und zwar mit einer Flächenerstreckung des Teilstücks, die gleich oder größer als der Nennquerschnitts des zu klemmenden Leiters istderart, daß die ringförmig geschlossenen Lochkrageninnenwandflächen mit dem endseitigen Teilstück des Klemmschenkels eine metallgefaßte Leiter-Vorfangtasche (24) für das vorlaufende Ende des einzusteckenden elektrischen Leiters bilden.
- Federkraftklemmanschluß mit einem Stromschienenstück und einer Blattfeder zum Anschluß eines elektrischen Leiters,das Stromschienenstück ist aus einem flachen Material gefertigt und besitzt eine Leiterdurchstecköffnung in Form eines viereckigen Materialdurchzugs, der einen in Leiterdurchsteckrichtung sich erstreckenden Lochkragen besitzt,die Blattfeder besitzt einen Klemmschenkel, dessen Ende in den Durchzug eintaucht derart, daß er mit einer Lochkrageninnenwandfläche des Materialdurchzugs eine Klemmstelle für den elektrischen Leiter bildet,daß ein außerhalb der Kontur des Materialdurchzugs liegendes mittleres Teilstück des Klemmschenkels der Blattfeder eine Vorwölbung (26) in Richtung der Federklemmkraft des Klemmschenkels der Blattfeder aufweistderart, daß ein an dieser Vorwölbung und im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Oberseite des Stromschienenstücks angesetztes Drückwerkzeug (27) den Klemmschenkel bis in eine Position zurückdrückt, in der die Klemmstelle vollständig geöffnet ist.
